I’m truly sorry you had to deal with that. There is nothing more frustrating than being hungry, paying your hard-earned money, and then getting stuck in a loop of unhelpful customer service calls while your evening is ruined. That definitely qualifies as a major service failure.Despite the payment being processed, the order was never delivered to my address and made 7-8 attempts to contact your customer care but I was repeatedly redirected to the wrong personnel n no delivery at the end.

I called the store associate multiple times through the app, and every time they gave a different delivery time. Even the helpline was not giving proper information. I have tried almost every pizza brand and with all the experience I got I can guarantee Pizza hut is the worst. I tried in many cities, different outlets but all were same. So in future pizza hut is a big no for me. Pizza hut is garbage.

Very poor experience with Pizza Hut. I made a payment of ₹382.20 but due to their server issue, my order was not placed. It has been more than 12 working days and I still haven’t received my refund. Customer support is extremely disappointing - no proper response and no resolution. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. Taking money without delivering the service and then delaying the refund shows a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend Pizza Hut to anyone. Please fix your sys
