I lost all my rewards because the app logged me out and then said there's no account under my email. When I tried to create another account it said that the email is already in use for an account. I ended up ordering by phone, but I'm never ordering from them again, as we're in the 21st century, and I just don't want to order by phone. I'm going with Domino's 😜

I cannot see the menu I just have deals. hitting the menu button takes me to deals so I cannot order worse still no in app support. just screw you.

updated app won't open... another useless pizza hut app again
food was poor lacked topping ,dry and very expensive for what we got . Won't be going to here again and another example of standards dropping in the UK compared to abroad . trying to save money by not giving correct toppings etc . rubbish
awful app, awful food, awful staff. Pizza hut has gone down hill so much, surprised they are even still open. The prices for your food are crazy even with 50% off. The fact you can offer 50% off almost all the time shows how much money you're actually making.

full charges not made clear
Time after time they send me promotions only to later show after I've customized my pizza that you have have to buy a full priced product at checkout. that's probably the kind of trickery they do with their ingredients too. I'll stick to Domino's
built up a load of rewards from previous orders and then they just deleted them because they were moving to a new rewards system. absolutely criminal
after long tedious navigation of the slow app adding items to the basket the payment method is bugged and doesn't allow me to add the payment card details, which I found amusing as the sole purpose of the app is to accept orders but when it does not allow you to to input your card details it kind of defeats the whole purpose. After several attempts, I decided to give up and order somewhere else. Pizza Hut you really need to sort thus out as it's likely losing you money. samsung s22+
Absolutely dreadful experience. Had an order that made me and my partner physically sick and have been getting passed around my customer service for weeks with nothing actually happening. They'll tell you they'll action something just to get you out of the chat. Food that'll make you vomit and don't even think about getting a refund. Please just try anywhere else before here.
Issues with payment page. It doesn't recognise email address' assigned in Google Pay and on top of that doesn't allow Monzo through Google Pay. Manually entering card details is also a pain as it will regularly lock you into the card numbers entry box, not allowing you to fill in the rest of your card details.
app rarely works, wouldn't even load the menu. ended up ordering from Papa John's and to be fair, had a much better pizza.
Got the free pizza reward but can't use it due to some system error. Contacted support a few weeks ago and they kept saying they're investigating. Asked for yet another update as the reward is too expire soon and just getting useless replies from Mina B saying "here are Ts&C's of the offer" pretty much saying eff off and completely ignoring the problem.

Very poor app and customer service .I lost 21 pounds instantly without getting food and in the app it shows food collected without getting the food and the store people blamed it's an app error never gonna buy a thing from this organisation. no customer service nothing . Current version is poor! It's slow, once you click on the pizza it lags to look at it. If yoy do get to place an order it goes white and pulses the grey outlined boxes. Closed it 3 times out of frustration trying to look.

I've never known a business make it so hard to buy from them. App has so many bugs, bar floats around randomly, if you drop off it to check another app it restarts. The "Rewards" structure so confusing, especially working out whats a reward and what is a deal etc. The main issue is actually getting them to take your money. GPay now doesnt work (despite previously being the only thing that did) but also adding a new card doesnt work either. I about gave up and got a curry instead!

trash overpriced pizza. I mean $7 for some breadsticks?! bread with butter and seasonings for that price is the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard of. and your app sucks. its constantly making me sign back in.
There's no basket! You can add items, but there's nowhere on any page within the app to actually pay.

Tried to use this app, unsuccessfully. Attempted to order pizza for delivery. Added pizzas to order/basket. When I added my card to make payment, nothing happened. I couldn't tap the payment button after waiting 15 minutes I gave up, shutting down the app. Will not bother again and deleting the app.

New reward system is garbage. It should reward money put into the company, not on single orders. someone who spends £5 is rewarded the same as someone who spends £50. In my eyes pizza hut doesn't have a reward system anymore. I'll take my money elsewhere
I can no longer access or view the basket, after adding items to it, so the app is currently useless.

Restaurant did not react to order so had to call, no tracking updates and no online customer service team available. Order was 40 minutes late of poor quality and cold. Needless to say I will not be recommending and will not order again absolute rip off for the price.
