The app is highly unstable and crashes very often. On top of that, all the points I had been collecting for months suddenly disappeared from my account without any prior notice. Because of this, I can't redeem any rewards now. This is a terrible way to treat loyal customers. I do not recommend using this app

Can't use Google pay because it tells me I need to add a valid phone number to my Google account. I already have one verified and working.

Well, that's me done with pizza hut entirely, shoutout to the app designers for that one! Try fix what isn't broken and has no issues and instead ruin everything, great work!

this works so slow I could drive to the pizza shop collect and it still not loaded.
stopped delivery to my area as app claims no sites within 30 miles despite having multiple within my city. Reached out to support who provided no help and told me it wasn't their problem.
I used to buy these all the time but at almost £30 for a pizza now is ridiculous. I doubt they can stay in business as Wetherspoons do a great pepperoni for about £10.

worst food app I've ever installed!.. its unbelievably hard to sign up and order!. once it crashes there is a bug in the system. even if you uninstall and try again it remembers where you left of from!. useless. Just phone a pizza the old fashioned way!.
since the overhaul of the app I am completely unable to login. I get sent an email to login to my account but the link in that email just sends me back to the front page of the app which wants me to enter my email which just sends the exact same email! just a constant loop of getting kicked back the start page of the app and am literally unable to use it to order anything. Incredible how they've made an app that cannot do the one thing it's designed for!
Unable to turn spammy notifications off
50% off pizzas and sides deal. order totals at £66. apply the deal and met with 'You've saved £17!' that doesnt math.
Sick of trying to type my card number in only to have the cursor move randomly so that the numbers end up in the wrong order. Doesn't happen with anything else on my phone, just this app. Update: app sends an email link for me to login, but the link only takes me to the same page asking me to use my email link. Useless
No improvement since last review, so one star. Google Pay still doesn't work, checkout says a valid phone number is needed on the Google account but there is already a valid phone number on the Google account. No other app has this issue, even those that require a phone number to order, so it's a Pizza Hut app issue.
app is unusable. sends you a confirmation email to login. click on it, which sends you back to the app but nothing happens. deleted the app. will just order off website in the future

every time I close the app I'm signed out. then I have to email myself a log in again. why is ordering pizza soo difficult? soo frustrating. when I add to bag there is no way to check out. literally forced to order elsewhere.. soo disappointing
I lost all my rewards because the app logged me out and then said there's no account under my email. When I tried to create another account it said that the email is already in use for an account. I ended up ordering by phone, but I'm never ordering from them again, as we're in the 21st century, and I just don't want to order by phone. I'm going with Domino's 😜

I cannot see the menu I just have deals. hitting the menu button takes me to deals so I cannot order worse still no in app support. just screw you.
2026: Can't add anything to basket, hitting the button does nothing. 2025: When I try to login it gives me a white screen and eventually crashes. 2019: Says I'm offline. I'm on pizza hut WiFi. edit: i connect to vpn and it works. why would they block their own app?

food was poor lacked topping ,dry and very expensive for what we got . Won't be going to here again and another example of standards dropping in the UK compared to abroad . trying to save money by not giving correct toppings etc . rubbish
awful app, awful food, awful staff. Pizza hut has gone down hill so much, surprised they are even still open. The prices for your food are crazy even with 50% off. The fact you can offer 50% off almost all the time shows how much money you're actually making.
The app constantly says the store is not accepting orders, no matter the day or time. It doesn't tell you this until you try and select an order so you just waste your time... like downloading this app is a waste of time.

Time after time they send me promotions only to later show after I've customized my pizza that you have have to buy a full priced product at checkout. that's probably the kind of trickery they do with their ingredients too. I'll stick to Domino's
built up a load of rewards from previous orders and then they just deleted them because they were moving to a new rewards system. absolutely criminal
after long tedious navigation of the slow app adding items to the basket the payment method is bugged and doesn't allow me to add the payment card details, which I found amusing as the sole purpose of the app is to accept orders but when it does not allow you to to input your card details it kind of defeats the whole purpose. After several attempts, I decided to give up and order somewhere else. Pizza Hut you really need to sort thus out as it's likely losing you money. samsung s22+
Absolutely dreadful experience. Had an order that made me and my partner physically sick and have been getting passed around my customer service for weeks with nothing actually happening. They'll tell you they'll action something just to get you out of the chat. Food that'll make you vomit and don't even think about getting a refund. Please just try anywhere else before here.
Issues with payment page. It doesn't recognise email address' assigned in Google Pay and on top of that doesn't allow Monzo through Google Pay. Manually entering card details is also a pain as it will regularly lock you into the card numbers entry box, not allowing you to fill in the rest of your card details.
app rarely works, wouldn't even load the menu. ended up ordering from Papa John's and to be fair, had a much better pizza.
Got the free pizza reward but can't use it due to some system error. Contacted support a few weeks ago and they kept saying they're investigating. Asked for yet another update as the reward is too expire soon and just getting useless replies from Mina B saying "here are Ts&C's of the offer" pretty much saying eff off and completely ignoring the problem.

Very poor app and customer service .I lost 21 pounds instantly without getting food and in the app it shows food collected without getting the food and the store people blamed it's an app error never gonna buy a thing from this organisation. no customer service nothing .
