Order on the app more expensive than in-store. Also, There is problem on the order when I use a coupon. Firstly, it required add $4.99. Then, when I tried to place the order with subtotal less than $9.99, it doesn't allow to process/complete my order. I was asked to spend more money and pay more what I don't want to do. If I have to pay the same without coupon code, why would Pizza pizza run this promotion and this coupon? cheating. Don't add card payment in the app, you will regret it.
ive been waiting for my spicy chicken Buffalo sandwich for 3 years and i never got it it still says its on the way if i cod id give negative stars i dont recommend the pizza pizza app
DO NOT USE THE APP. i redeemed my gift card and tried to make an order but the app randomly closed amd decided to cancel what i had picked and since i had points redeemed it also took my 14$ with it and i called them and they said i cant get it back. ONLY REDEEM IN STORE DO NOT TRUST THE APP.
Tracking doesn't work.
i just paid almost as much in delivery fees as i did for the pizza. then the app tells me its ready but wont get picked up for another 15 mins. then dont charge me for delivery if its gonna be cold whats wrong with these people? :/

Change my review from 5 stars to 1 star because they go 3 times I place an order for the app and spend 2 hours waiting so that it never arrives in the end, it is unacceptable.
Every time they "update" the app it gets worse. The last attempt failed every payment method.
Faulty app, constant issues/error messages. I have the lastest Samsung S25 Ultra. Talked to customer service about claiming the free Raptors pizza, waste of time talking to them, could not claim. Other time, got 'java', 'applet' error placing order. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Called customer service couldn't fix it. Customer service just keeps repeating the same thing, over and over, talks to manager, came back and still repeatedly, but couldn't help

completely close app to refresh delivery tracking, very confusing menus the app itself functions well but needs work
