This app doesn't even let you cancel. I would highly recommend never downloading this app or ever getting a membership with them.
The men's room is ALWAYS filthy,, one machine for biceps, and always some SOB sitting there staring at his phone. I'm so tired of going there.
whats wrong with this app? I just got my membership and every time I try to sign it, nothing. I tap the sign in button and then it goes back to the sign in page. how am I supposed to use the app when it won't allow me to sign in properly. I've even Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. still doing the same thing. please fix it
I am extremely disappointed with the current state of the Aurora ON location. As a Black Card member, I expect to be able to utilize the facilities I pay for, but that has become impossible. The "Summer Pass" promotion for teens has completely overwhelmed the gym, making it unusable for paying members. My time is being completely wasted. Today, I was only able to access two machines in over an hour. Because the facility cannot accommodate its paying clientele due to this promotion.

Casting used to work on my Nvidia shield for workout videos. I'm now not able to do my workouts at home because it no longer casts to the latest Nvidia shield fully updated. It tries to start and then closed. Please get this fixed ASAP or else I'm cancelling my subscription!

terrible! after registering my son for the high schoʻl summer pass, it prompt me to the appt that does not have search choice or summer pass option!. need to update this lame app to includes the above.
It is impossible to cancel your membership once your signed up. Cancel your card, and get a new one. Call them and say you want to cancel. They talk in circles and won't let you cancel. 0/10 , They suck.
app won't open, stuck on launch screen
charged me $70 for two months said it would be $15 per month. the next month they were ready to go to $49. only used it for a few weeks total rip off overused bathrooms always dirty and couldn't even use restroom due to people just sitting in them.

They don't have existing online customer service. Its literallt set up for taking people's money and charging them late fees they dont deserve. I can only imagine the amount of people who are forced to absorb these late fees each month

the app doesn't even let you sign in. I put in my email, the code it sends me, and then it never does anything. for the love of everything good fix this? I have to login/sign in to use any feature on the app anyways but how am I supposed to do that when the app won't even let me? and it doesn't even sign in on the app, it takes you to a website to sign in.

The entire business model relies on intentional customer exhaustion.They intentionally do not staff the corporate phone lines, they block you from deleting your data on the app, and they train front-desk staff to deflect accountability. They get away with this predatory system by exploiting a mix of broken laws, intentional friction, and corporate greed. Across the country, class-action lawsuits and regulatory crackdowns are finally targeting their deceptive practices
Planet Fitness will quickly turn a $16 missed payment into a $700 bill. They tried to do that to me a year ago, and are attempting to do it again. Dont get scammed by planet fitness people. support your locally owned gyms instead of scam artists.
With one easy step they can change your membership status and charge you more right in the app! Now to lower your membership you have to go in person thanks planet fitness!
Second payment option. If the first payment option fails the second one should take care of the payment but, it never does. There's a late fee because the first payment option failed so $15 extra is added to your monthly fee and they will keep trying to get the payment. Plenty of times I've had the amount in my account and it was declined a day later saying my balance was still the fee but, it posted before that it received my payment. It's ridiculous and annoying

horrible place I don't recommend going I can't even sign up it just kicks me out the app I try and go in person and they were all rude to me when I try and be nice and then they kick me out so I did and just went to golden gym they were so much nicer there they help me thru my sign up and I paid good money for good stuff there
I have tried to cancel my subscription for a year now and they are still trying to take my money out of my account. I haven't used them for over a year.
this app and planet fitness is a scam. if you freeze your payment card and the bill is missed it locks into a payment cycle that says you owe $0. I would like to go pay the bill manually in the app. it won't let me. it's locked like this so I can't pay the bill. their goal is to make it so you can't pay the bill on time and get a LATE FEE.
I would want to give zero stars if I could. There was a problem with the payment method

Useless! App has you sign in with a code emailed to you. After retrieving the code in my email, I go back to the app...and have to RE-ENTER my email. Only to be sent a new code!!!!! Just a loop of uselessness!

This is a pointless app.
The crowd meter always stays at a level 2, doesn't matter if the gym is empty or absolutely packed. I also think it's ridiculous and stupid that a black card guest can't use the massage chairs in my stead. I don't care about the chairs or any of that at all, so I'm paying for nothing when my guest could actually use it.
