hard to navigate. something happened and now it has a mind of its own. after the update, there are days you can not add your sets or weight. plus, when the app opens, it cranks the volume of my ear buds. every time. this frustration is not worth $20/month

gone from being an amazing app when I downloaded it in August 25 and now I cant even upload an bloody video because Google has got its greedy hands the fucking app 🤦♂️ what a joke
do not want to give even 1star. I am forced to give 1 star. "JEFIT" is way better and also have app for watch to control and manage. This app is only for beginners, lot of things to improve which i will not answer here. seems like I have wasted my time and money. I always wanted to keep my log of past exercise and sadly it does not shows in KG, only shows when finish exercise but when I wanted to check last month, it does not shows total KG.
*edit* they have continued to remove options within the app for no apparent reason. for e.g. they have just removed the 3 minute rest timer option requiring you to press 2 minutes and then add a minute. if you're going to do away with timers, just have a field to input a value and have us select the time by ourselves. save you like 7 zones and we get to do stuff ourself. will update rating to more than 1 star when it starts adding better Quality of Life updates instead of removing content.
I wanted to try this app however I was charged for free trial. This is unacceptable and I am requesting a full refund. I have not even used the app. I have followed the proper directions in regards to a refund. it's seems your clearly is aware of the issue since this situation is under your help center, under subscription.
App crashes before program is designed. I enter all my details then it gets to designing program, hits 100% then asks me if I want a program, then just repeats......
If you select "No Gym Equipment" it still only gives you exercises all requiring gym equipment. Functionally useless app. Also the app was buggy, I got all the way to the end of the questionnaire and had to force close and reopen and complete the entire process again. Again, just for the app to be useless.

I signed up for a 7 day free trial, upon starting the trial this app charge me for a full month. even after saying it won't charge me until the 7th day! so I have no signed up to the app for 4 weeks and basically this app lied and stole from me!!
The app is great but it logged me out and I can't log back in or change my password because there's no option to select "forgot password" or "password reset" on the app or website
I paid for a year's subscription, and since I've done this, I've had nothing but problems and am getting no help when I email you. The app constantly crashes every time I try to record a set; it crashes and makes me restart, and the same happens again and again. If it does decide to work, then it refuses to let me enter what weight I have used; it just won't let me edit, and after it crashes yet again, when I finally get it back, it has lost my work and given me a whole new list of exercises.

아니 5일 동안 운동 쉬어서 앱 사용 안했더니 로그 아웃 되있고 다시 로그인 하니까 아예 새로 로그인 하게 되있는데 내가 결제해놓은 구독도 안뜨고 그동안 운동기록도 안보이는데 전 아이디를 어떻게 찾아야하는지 뭐 하나도 모르겠음 뭔 이런경우가 있는지 내가 결제한 구글 아이디로 로그인 하니까 아예 새로 로그인되서 구독권도 다시 결제해야하고 이거 어디다 문의 해야함 ?
Not suggesting a workout. I took the time to complete the initial questionnaire twice and every time I get to the end, it glitches out. I keep tapping "Continue" on the "Now Let’s Personalize Planfit for you" screen, but it does not progress to the next step.

Logged in after using the app for 2 months (it's a paid service), to be offered a year for free via a promo. Clicked to accept. Didn't work. Screen recorded this. Restarted the app, same again. Contacted the app support, sent them the video and asked for it to be added to my account. They refused saying no promo existed despite showing video evidence. Completely dismissed and refused the offer. Avoid.

Tried to get me for $87 20 minutes after I received the notification that the free trial ends in 2 days...... You Should be ashamed of yourself. luckily I've learned to require authorization for any charges over $20.

Slow, unresponsive and useless when you actually want it. Every time you leave the app, it forces you to restart it and it's SLOW! half the time I'm spending more time in the gym waiting for this to load than actually working out. It's useless for what it's meant to be for.

so far a solid app only thing actually pissing me off is the timer drops my music volume the time needs to not mess with the music
im not tryna be mean and all but I was really excited to use this app I loved it and all but the app doesn't listen to me and pay attention cuz I told it Bodyweight exercises but it kept giving me dumbell and machine exercises and I dont have equipments it didn't listen at all I even created a 2nd account it still neglected me yall should fix this and maybe try to like let us chat the ai 20 times a day it could really help for those that have questions
This app has constantly been having bugs ever since the new update, I have no idea what's going on. I always have to close it out and then It won't update my workout for that day. The app is a great concept to use when it comes to keeping up with your Fitness and workouts, But all these bugs and system crashes, makes me wonder if it's worth continuing to use

몇 개월 전에 골반 부상을 입어서 운동을 못하던차에 planfit 구독이 1년(구독갱신은 10월 7일)이 다 되어 프리미엄구독을 오늘(10월 6일) 해지하려고 했는데, 아무런 통보없이 오늘 아침 갑자기 갱신이 되고, 계좌에서 출금이 되어버려 당혹스럽네요. 날짜가 하루 남았기에 구독취소 했습니다. 이미 계좌에서 출금이 되었기에 환불요청 합니다.
couldn't see the exercises when working out, it just kept loading. The machines that are advices is not in the health centre that It's connected. so far seems like waste of money. the only way I used it so far is looking at the icon of exercise to know what to do next.
I’ve been using the Planfit app for months, but after taking a short break from working out, I logged back in and found that everything was completely reset. I can’t even access my old account that I already paid for with the premium subscription, and now the app is asking me to pay for premium again. This is really frustrating.
to many glitches in the app not worth the money
Won't let me put in the correct weight or reps. key board isnt working with this app anymore. I love this app, but why use this if I can get an accurate number.
New Update broke the app somehow. when you try to type in your reps and weight the app just wouldn't allow you to do that, also you cannot slide the rest time to more then 1:30 minutes and the app will not allow you to type it manually.
it was going well until it kicked me off, and it doesn’t allow me to reset the password. It's been difficult getting in contact with them, I'm working on getting a refund now
the app is great aside from it doesn't save my progress. I adjusted some of the workouts and it doesn't save it. I completed my workout and it didnt save it. in fact when I went back to write it down, (which is what I wanted to avoid from the app) everything was erased. I dint understand the point of the app aside from telling you what workouts to do at the time. Then the entire routine was changed.
subscription not showing up in my play store so I can't cancel it so there is no way to cancel
