Awful app . I only paid for a subscription yesterday and i cant find how to cancel.i onky want to cancel simply because of the app. I love the ethos, i love the recipies but the app is awful and it just keeps crashing . I was so excited to find The Happy Pear today and all the media options to enjoy them. Greatly disappointed in the app. They charged my credit card, but I can't access my account. I have tried everything to open it after setting it up. It tells me it doesn't recognize my credentials to login. I tried to reset password, but it doesn't recognize my email. I tried to set up my account using identical information, it said my account already existed. No way to contact for help. 😠
I love The Happy Pear. Just paid for the ultimate membership but the app is not great, mainly because so much information is missing. I tried the Ultimate Vegan Course, but there is so much information missing, such as bullet points for where their top herbs and spices are etc. I've just logged in to recipes, and there is no information other than a picture for all the recipes I've clicked on (Healthy Weight Loss Budda Bowl for example). It just shows a picture, some bullet points and numbers.
I really like watching you guys on YouTube but $200 odd bucks a year for your app?? You've got to be dreaming.
Downloaded the app onto a brand new Samsung S22 and had problems with the content crashing out onto the main screen of phone 20sec in app. Contacted support, which several times asked me to uninstall and reinstall the app, not fixing the problem. In the end, I asked for the money back, which was given to me. However, going by reviews, I'm not the only one who has been affected by this. Sort out the actual problem, and it might be a good app
I'm having the same issue as other users, with ingredients and instructions for recipes not showing, making them impossible to use. I messaged Happy Pear to tell them about it and have had no response, hence the 1 star
Virtually impossible to unsubscribe to this app! The weight loss plans do not mention how many calories are in each meal, or even day. App very slow.
Can't even register
Guys I love your wepage but cannot join through the app. It will not let me continue past putting in new user details.
This app crashes a lot, like when watching a video and changing to landscape, it is irritating that the app doesn't support landscape format for recipes etc, also the app goes blank, or has an error message saying "App Unavailable Please contact the site administrator for more information." , then I need to uninstall it, reinstall it and log back in. It is a shame, these issues make it unusable, as I think that the app itself is a good idea. I have now uninstalled it unfortunately.

If you are searching for recipes and scroll down in a list, open a recipe and go back to the list again you are brought back to the top of the list and your place.

So disappointed. The content is amazing but I can't open the app. I started a free 3 day trial and only managed to get into the app on the first day. I've tried to cancel before any money is taken but it said it won't cancel until the end of today AFTER they've taken £125 for a subscription I can't use!! So I'm keeping it in the hopes that they fix whatever the problem is soon and I can get access to the content again. I've already bought ingredients that I now don't have recipes for.
Confusing and slow app. It is closing constantly and I cannot access recipes for the course I enrolled. just wanted to mention I live in Spain for dev department

Great content, but poor UX & UI design and lack of functionality is letting it down. The app keeps closing at random, which is a shame because I really want to read all the content! :(
One month free to test without adding bank details would have been a better starting point for a new app.
Would be a nice app with great content. But videos crash on my Samsung tablet when trying to watch the videos in landscape mode and the rest of the app doesnt work in landscape which is a shame as it means I cannot use the kickstand on my tablet. Hopefully this app will gain in feature and fix the issues above. Would also be nice to have favorite recipes and videos like yoga videos that you can find easily and come back to time after time.
