Every plant app is a subscription for some reason but most are about £2 so these people have some crazy ideas. God no, stay AWAY from this app!! Scam!

this does a poor job of identifying plants and diagnosing them I ended up using another app that did the job identifying my plant as a Brazilian Jasmine that was suffering from a fungus. I want a refund. the app would not work.
I've tried this app on three different plants and all it can tell me is there is no plant
getting a refund is impossible even if 1 or 2 days post charged date.
You have to pay to do the basics
I have continously asked you for a full refund of the amount that was directly withdrawn from my debit visa. You have continously and purposely ignored my emails for a full refund of the purchase amount.
JUST THROW 30 BUCKS IN THE TRASH FOR MENTAL CLARITY. I signed up for the Plant master app that offered 3 day free trial. I signed up, tested the app, dont like it, and went to cancel less than 24 hours later only to find I have been charged for the full year. Google play won't get involved and have yet to here from the app maker/manager of their parent co - Filing Lab. I have proof from Google Play that I purchased and canceled the Plant Identifier app on August 1st, yet you still charged me.
I was LOOKING FOR A FREE PLANT IDENTIFY site, with no intentions to sign up or PAY.
diagnosis was "disease'. pay more money if you want more information.
Same experience for me. Didn't like the app, it's identifications were wrong. I tried to cancel within free trail couldn't. Went to google and told them to can cel the subscription instead and still find they took my money. Give it back. I do not even have you app anymore. And please read this everyone else. Do not try the free trail.

worked 3 days very well, now I take pictures and it says "no plant detected " over and over and no help options
