No option to upload a photo from my camera roll
this app stopped working recently. it just closes as soon as it is opened. I reinstalled and have the same issue. I'm still getting alerts, but can't see what they're for

was trying to get some helpful information on how to raise my copper glow succulent but every time I try to scan it to find out what it needed it couldn't even guess the plant properly 😕 I'll just Google what I need to do and hope for the best

There is no way to cancel subscription. I have looked in my subscriptions and everywhere I can think of even on here and no option to cancel or contact...Help!

Won't let me log in to use the app. Completely pointless.
If it was up to Greg, my plants would be dead. I tell Greg all the details about the pot, window and sun. Now spring has come in Denmark. But Greg tells me to still water the plants every other week, but after 7 days my plants soil is already bone dry and one of them even started to become a bit yellow. I cannot rely on Greg and have to use my own common sense. Very disappointed. Especially because I bought a 1 year subscription. It's as if the app doesn't know it's more sunny in March?
found app via or code on plant i bought. hate the you have to pay for year and not monthly to see if it works.

Junk app. Says it cant authenticate me and to check my internet. Starlink is fine, T Moblie is fine but this app is junk.

I found this by scanning a QR code on my new plant. I thought this was free information on how to care for the plant but it wants a subscription. I'll use a search engine instead of wasting money unnecessarily.
I wasn't expecting it to be a paid service as it was on the hangtag of my new plant and I just wanted to know the kind of care it required.

I used to love this app and have used it for years. All of a sudden, with no warning, it no longer tells me when my plants need watering. I didn't realize it until my plants were almost dead. Now I have to pay to get the same feature that I have gotten for years for free? why not at least reach out to your loyal users and let them know you are making this change? shame on you! do not use this app.
Was working just fine. I paid for the year now it doesn't recognise that I've paid and is asking me to pay again. Locked out of all the watering and plan info I need. Sent an email to their address never heard anything back. Thanks for taking my money and giving nothing in return.
the app won't work. it says I have to subscribe to water my plants but I'm already subscribed and it won't recognize it. I reached out to greg care for support but there's been no response. overall this is so disappointing as I've been using this app for years without issue and now I'm stuck searching for a new app to help me take care of my 250 plants.
Got a plant as a gift & it wants me to pay $30/month for care instructions that should be on the plant.
I can't seem to get into the app. says it cannot authenticate. I've tried numerous times and it says the same thing.

Let down! I loved this app, bragged to friends. fell in love with plants. bought many. I was shocked that after everything going so well, now I need to pay. I just use the watering tracker, with 9 plants now all on different watering days. im sad I may not remember. I have looked for other apps, but this one was my fav. sad that it hit a pay wall.
