very disappointed in app. now I'm unable to unsubscribe to it. I have a android pixel and it is not listed as a subscription.

Warning: Do not install and subscribe. While in the trial period, I decided to unsubscribed which directs you to the Goggle Subscription. This app is nowhere to be found to unsubscribe while in trial.
This app offers 7 day free trial,they just charged me 10 minutes later. Then Google wouldn't refund me!

Horrible! I used the app once, followed its advice, and the plant looks worse than before. Worse yet, I cancelled the app within the trial period and was charged anyway! Now I can't get ahold of anyone to refund the charge! What a pack of thieves!

this app is the most condescending thing I've ever seen. It talks down on you like you are an imbecile. It's nothing but obnoxious animated splash screens everywhere
Very deceitful company, when offering a free trial in actuality it is included in a year's subscription without the option to cancel at the end of your trial, without being charged. Again no option to cancel and if you cancel you've already been charged a year subscription. Not a problem to cancel your subscription, however you've already been charged for a year's subscription. I do not want a subscription for a year. I do not want to be charged a year subscription that I did not agree to.

It is NOT FREE. And you need to subscribe first, then you get 1 week free. There is not a free option with some premium features (like a no ads version) like the developer mentioned in another reply. I am not giving my card's details for an app that should be free.

Spend 5 minutes onboarding with useless animations and asking some random psychology questions. I just wanted to know why my plants dying.
let's fix the intro to the download. instead of asking where your plants are "mostly", why not have a log in feature to your account? and also, why can't we choose both indoor and outdoor at the beginning? logged back in after getting new phone, everything I had built is gone. and the app doesn't even have an option for an account. Just membership options.
This app used to be WONDERFUL for helping me diagnose my plants. Now it doesnt matter what the plant looks like itll just say "it looks healthy" im not paying for a watering calendar im paying for you to help me diagnose my plants!
I am generous with the two stars rating. I'm very disappointed. Subscribed for a year regret almost instantly. I thought that when you take a picture, it gives you specific advice for the specific plan you've taken a picture of. as well as some tips or home remedies as advertised. Nothing!!!Just tells you either plan is sick due to ageing, but clearly, my plant is sick, or your plant looks healthy even clearly,the plant is not. I've taken several pictures from different angles, the same result.
it was not given facts regarding my plants so I have no use for it please cancel the subscription.
I tried the free version and added a bunch of plants. I thought the app was great but there really needs to be a way to sign in because I got a new phone and when I loaded the app up I realized I lost everything.
