Although a great idea, identification is inaccurate. Also does not pick up on issues.
I downloaded a "free" app just to have to watch a very long ad about the app and learn it's not actually free.

The information given was general and didn't offer a specific.Solution which is the only reason I downloaded this app. the brief information was general in scope and did not address. How to cure the issue?. there was no information s two weather I should remove the leaves.Soak the plant leaves only or anything like that was just basically general.Very disappointed. i would have liked info on how to regenerate and plump the leaves.
Downloader beware I downloaded this app scanned a dead mum it told me it was healthy so I deleted it and they charged my card through my phone $32 when I have reached out to contact customer support to see if they will reverse the charge and I haven't gotten a reply
talk about a bait and switch! Advertised as free but it's only free for 7 days AND they want a form of payment BEFORE you can use it. I uninstalled it immediately.

I use the 7-Day free trial and cancel that in time, and they still charge me $29.99 for the year. I didn't catch this until month 3, and now they're doing it AGAIN THIS YEAR. I can't express how much I am disappointed with this app!!!!!!!

Downloaded the app to help me care for various species and it killed my tomatoes and over watered my treasure plant. If this is a plant parent someone needs to call PPS on this app, they SUCK!
Scammy, avoid. Lots of inaccurate info - ex. they say I should water my money tree every 30 days, which would surely kill it. I signed up for the free 7 day trial, but they immediately charged me for a full year. Sent a refund request through Google Play and they refunded me next day. It's a useless app and they will try to charge you for it. Avoid!
it doesn't remind me to take care of my plants like it's supposed to do and the diagnostic says my plant is healthy even when it's dead.
Unskippable start screen with completely useless information and then a subscribe screen. This made me uninstall instantly.
wrong description and confusion about plant situation
this app was canceled and you still charged me yearly price and I only had it for one hour to trial period which is 7 days. how do I get a refund?

There is currently no way to log out of your account and the instructions cannot be followed. Frustrating and a waste of money. Can't get a response from app support either
Great concept, not user friendly.
charges to use
The ad suggests that the treatments will return damaged leaves to full glory. That is not true. Once a leaf has shriveled or turned yellow or brown, it will NOT recover. Therefore, I say this is False Advertising and a scam to get folks to install an app that is "lying" to them.
App doesn't work half the time. Get a notice it needs to be reconnected and then it is several tries before it will open.
There is a pay wall and it won't let you try it before subscribing for it? How are you supposed to know if it’s smart or valuable if you can’t try before you buy?
