Asks for payment details before experiencing the app. Fully paid. Waste of time.
IFull on scam and google is in on it.I didn't sign up for it but my google details were used, received a refund 9.99, but because I said to Google i didn't recognize the $30 no refund.
They charge you when you dont sign up and make it impossible to cancel.
Nothing is mentioned about this being a PAID app prior to downloading!! I should have read the reviews BEFORE I downloaded it!! I have a couple other plant identifier apps that are FREE & never dreamed this one wouldn't be. I heard about the app on the CBS News Sunday Morning show and thought I would love to check it out!! NOT...Uninstalling immediately!

When I try to open the app, it's keep telling me to buy it like what? IN THE APP STORE IS FREE BUT WHEN U OPEN THE APP IS NOT? WORST APP.
although I canceled within the 3 days trial period I have been charged for the one year subscription. I sent request for refund and got no answer. stay away! best app is anyway Picture This
this app is basically pay to use, that premium ad never allowed me to even take a picture just to see the plant species, and even if it's say a "free trial" I don't even have a credit card to start! so what's the point of using this app??!

I am trying to cancel please cancel.
Absolute nightmare. You get charged regularly, but there is no visible subscription to cancel. Support does not resolve anything, only redirects you back and forth. Feels like a trap. I do NOT recommend this app.
I just downloaded the app and tried to take pictures of one of my plants I can't even get the camera to work on your app so I can't go any further with your app so I can't use it and I don't think it's going to work for me so. I'm glad you had a free trial I canceled it I can't even get into the app to tell you if it's a good app
I find it hard to believe that all my plants are unhealthy?
It continues to draw from bank account even though I have canceled. I was charged twice in January. I called the phone number listed on my bank statement and it had a recording not answering this number any longer. DO NOT USE PLANTIFY!!
absolutely useless and gives u very basic info that is literally the ssme for every plant scanned. its useless

it's a good app but unless you just have a ton of plants/mushroom to identify its not worth it. I just pay for the app when I need it. (3 times a year) then cancel until I find a better app
