it doesn't work on any plant that I have. I want a refund. I can't figure out how to share a photo that I have. one definitely explains why
this app sucks. I've had more misidentified plants can any other app when the app can't tell the difference between corn and garlic that's really bad. I was ripped off bye y'all for my membership. all I wanted for this app listen to diagnose if my plants were healthy. it keeps telling me my corn is healthy even though they have yellow streaks on the leaves. I think I'm going to delete this app because not only does it misidentified plants, but I feel like I wasted money on a membership

it's a scam. It's not an app with ads - it's a three day trial then an automatic subscription. Overpriced too. Based on the reply: they confirm it's a free trial, so why does the app description say it's "an app with ads". So which is it? Are you overpaying for an app and still getting ads? It still feels scammy.
i couldn't unsubscribe, and when I deleted my account, they still deducted the momey from my bank card

terrible couldn't identify any mushrooms. My photo was very clear and was outdoors. No way am I paying for an app that doesnt work. Appreciate your response but the app is seriously flawed.
if i could give zero stars i would. told me that w plant that is clearly dying is healthy and to keep growing buddy. not worth the download unless trying to identify plants and that can be done with a google image search!
This app is a scam they charge you 8$ every week for zero service and the free trial itself is a lie, there is no way to request refund because the email they provide isn't real
it was not accurate. same plant different scans were healthy fungus and insufficient watering. none of which actually was the plants problem. to be a weekly or monthly payment subscription I expect at least 90 percent accuracy. Gemini is free and it seems more accurate

paid for a subscription for it to tell me if plants are sick, and what to add to spruce them up. fake, not true. doesn't even "identify" the plants, I have to manually enter the name
Tried this because it advertised problem identification. It was very confusing to find where this feature may be and when I found it, they ask for money only and don't do any diagnosis. Immediate uninstal.
I'm taking pictures of the dead leaves on my cucumbers, and it's telling me it's a healthy plant.

SHADY COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY'RE ALLOWED TO BE ON APPLE OR GOOGLE! I signed up for a 7-day trial of "COININ," a coin identifier, and a relative company of PLANTIN. PLANTIN immediately charged my card for a 3-day trial and auto-payments of $10.99 indefinitely, evidently hoping I'd never notice. I only got lucky to see the account was opened when I checked on the COININ account on PAYPAL. After reading reviews, this shady "mistake" happens way too often to be an accident. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Rip off. was charged 4.99 for free trial which I started 4 days ago so free trial is not up, then charged 35.99 for 15 day access and international fees as well. WTH???? This app is no better than what I had that didn't cost near as much. Will cancel today! Best get reimbursed all the fees.

I downloaded this app thinking that it was going to work like I saw on the ads but sadly it didn't. The plant ID feature was disappointing. It missed several plants, marked stressed ones as healthy, and kept recommending water as the only care step. It even identified a porcelain mushroom as a coconut. For the price, the info should be for more accurate and I'm glad that I didn't pay for it yet. I should've read the other reviews before downloading, could've saved some time on this useless app.
don't bother it sucks. couldn't identify simple penny royale or mountain mint or dill and chives it was ridiculous. want even close not even same family

I tried the trial for one hour, and knew it was a SCAM after testing on my sick plant and it said it was healthy. Gemini was much more helpful, free and not a SCAM. I deleted my account immediately but the last few days it's been slamming all of my accounts linked to Google trying to get a payment. I don't know how they are bypassing but this app is a BIG SCAM
