this is a scam. I had free trial for 7 days which is upcoming and they charged me 49.99. Tried working with customer service and that led nowhere. I choose the 9.99/month under the free trial but they charged me 49.99. wish I could give them a negative 0.
this app is TRASH. They tried to charge me BEFORE my trial period was over. Then came the request for $9.99 and the follow up subscription suggestions for $49.99. I have uninstalled and deleted this app and yet they are STILL attempting to charge my card. I paid $9.99 once with a card that I keep locked and is NOT my bank card but I will be emailing them about the attempts to charge my card. STEER CLEAR OF THIS APP IT IS A SCAM! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PLANTS. SHAMEFUL!

I was thinking I was given a free trial and was charged for the app. I like to explore before putting my hard earned money towards something without researching first. I need my cash as simple as that, not to mention false advertisement. See Google, that's why y'all in hot water now being sued with these third-party companies, not valuing your customers.

I downloaded based on a video to give hints about lawncare. It only told me the plant was "doing well keep growing buddy" they are all weeds
This has got to be close to one of the worst apps I've ever used, especially as far as greed is concerned.. It will absolutely not allow you to add more than one plant without getting a premium subscription. Every button you press offers a very expensive paid option. I just don't see the point in the app. All the information it gives you for 'free' can be pulled up through a quick Google search.. It really stinks because it sounded so cool..
on Facebook it said take a picture of your grass and it will tell you what's wrong, but out doesn't. but i already bought it so I used it on plants and it said my plant was fine, nothing wrong, but they were wrong with that as well
Difficult to get the info I was looking for. Much more complicated then I thought it would be. Will not be using app. Deleted from phone.
To buy for a year is like $45 but the lowest option is weekly for $8 which is an obvious attempt to make more money off people forgetting to cancel. It shpuld maybe be $8 a month. It's an ok app but not that accurate in identifying plants. 3-day free trial is actually short for seeing how well it works for tracking plant health.

the app is seems to be good. however there is no way to cancel the monthly membership. and I upgraded from the monthly membership of $9.99 to the lifetime single pmt of $49.00. I have now been billed for both 3 months straight. I haven't been able to contact their subscription or bill department. this has caused a financial hardship for me. and anxiety

App support sucks. I thought I was signing up for a free 7 day trial and then the membership $10.99 would follow. NO! I WAS CHARGED $10.99 AND GIVEN A 3 Day trial. I immediately canceled the membership. I have asked for a refund ever since. I get told "no" because of policy and refunds. and "you don't qualify "I've carefully reviewed your refund request against our Money-Back Policy, and unfortunately, your situation doesn't meet the criteria for a refund. I know that's disappointing to hear.

I have been charged 49.00 three time and I paid for a one year subscription. can't find a way to delete the app of get a refund. will have to go change my debit card just to keep them from charging my card. These people are scams. Do not use them.
stupid app worthless
when I try to diagnose a plant the pcture never works but the picture works to identify the plant just fine. i tried several pics so will be cancelling.
