You cannot use this AT ALL unless you subscribe, which I cannot afford to do. There is no trial offer or a limited feature free option, which makes this useless for me. Can't evaluate something you have no access to.

I recently purchased a yearly subscription for Plantum, but I am disappointed to report that the app is unusable. I have tried adjusting my camera settings and various other fixes, but nothing works. The app's primary function does not work

I've been charged for a trial. They began charging me $49.99 monthly. As a senior citizen I justice caught it. The BIG PROBLEM is discontinuing this mess. I've never used it. Nor downloaded it. Please contract me.

I'd love to try this app but it won't take photos. I double checked permissions and camera + photo and video access are approved.. in fact there are no blocked permissions... so waste of 7 bucks I guess.
Inaccurate and NOT free at all

it did not correctly identify the plants I sent pictures and I could Not, therefore, give them proper care.

They charged me three times and never corrected the mistake. Their contact for costumer service is not easy to find.

2024/8: It suddenly deleted my journals. I kept entries for all my 15 plants, with pictures and notes. One day my plants were gone, I logged out and in, and my plants were back but the journals were never recovered. Very sad as this is one of the only two features of this app that are keepers. I just use it for the reminders and the journals. I'm one more "surprise" away from deleting. 2026/2: It did it again, lost 1y 1/2 worth of entries, support never replied, I'm deleting this app.

Misleading advertising. Nothing free here. Just subscribed, and 1st use gave 2 different diagnoses & suggested moving the garden Jasmine to a different spot! To get proper advice you need to pay for consultation. No option to cancel on the App home page, which makes it a SCAM.

I'm so pissed off. When they advertise this app, they show pouring milk into a plant or pouring coffee on a plant and it fixes the plant amazingly, but reality.... I paid my $19.99 for the app and it will tell me your plant looks sick, but when it comes to giving me those great tips that they advertise, you have to pay an additional $19.99 to talk to an expert once or $49 for three times. P.S its BS!!
All of my plants have suddenly disappeared from the app so what now?

Doesn't help with want you need. If you need help, you have to pay for it.
Good for casual stuff but not good if you are making a garden cause this app does not have information for variants of most plants, they only have information on cherry tomatoes and no information on any other tomatoe
