Gives me a warning my device may be rooted/jail broken. My device isn't rooted or jail broken. Uninstalled. Before devs tell me I could email them to report this: That's a you problem maybe design your app so it knows the difference between an actual rooted / jail broken device from ones that aren't.

I have a samsung tablet.I bought this very expensive plaud and it only goes VERTICAL!! Why cant i use it HORIZONTAL?????
Not sure what's happening over there in Plaud land, but whatever new upgrades they've installed, nothing is working properly, not even my Notepin. It's a shame because this was such a great offer and product in the beginning, and now the regression is horrible. The old saying “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it” really rings true in this situation. Smh.
this instrument is not useful at all. no way that you can use it and have privacy of your documents.
The app keeps closing because it has a bug. The message says wait for the developer to create an update. I don't have time to wait. It should work out of the box.
the hardware is good, but the company falsely advertises its Plaud AI abilities. The "Ask Across All Files" feature aka Global Plaud search feature is not capable of searching across all of your files to answer questions and find content in an agentic AI manner. It basically can only function to find key words throughout your files...a far cry from the marketing claims on their website. If this feature is not fixed to work according to their claims, I will quickly cancel my premium subscription
Changing my rating. Used to love it. now it's frustrating and buggy. Can't count on it to work when I need it.
