kicked me off the app for making too much money and I contacted the developer but they never responded to give me my money its not worth wasting your time
I thought this was a gud app to make some extra change they gave me 10 +10+20 dollars right then I completed my milestone they taking me throw the Strom for my completeing milestone payment it's been days and still no payment contacted customer service still nothing be careful of this apps ..
lies first they say 15 on sign up never got it second thing mentioned is cashout anytime, then why does it say next cashout at 50 I am permanently deleting and dont recommend...... 0 stars

Scam. Does not give $15 for installing as advertised.
I played the games and did some survey and when I had reached 100,000 points I claimed my rewards and my account was blocked 🚫. They give a VPN usage but I don't use a VPN on my phone ! Don't waste your time with this apps
I did not get $15 for downloading.
I was rewarded at lower levels, but once rewards increased, the app stopped crediting progress despite completing milestones. Support claimed the game was removed, yet it’s still listed as “active.” No way to know which games are valid.That’s clearly their fault for not updating the app properly. Users have no way to know which games are valid. Instead of fixing it, they told me to play other games. Feels misleading and a waste of time. FYI. the issue is ongoing.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS POOR APP This app is a joke.I do not recommend it at all! i have been trying to play the game. Had the option to pay out, which I did. And then all of a sudden, my account got banned for no reason. Try it explaining the situation to support and have had nothing but automated responses.Not explaining why my account got banned.And if I can get my account redone i lost alot of time and had a purchase pending!

I can't play! it's one of them apps that drip feeds you games instead of just showing you what games are on offer, I was offered 3 games initially, I've literally had all of them before, the offer is for "new users only"no option to say "I've played this game before" and view some new games, plus, the place I downloaded it from said it would give me £15 for downloading, lies! 😂 I never expected it to be true,but if that's why you're downloading, don't! so yeh utterly useless app! uninstalled!

scam, they don't give you your points when you get close to hitting the threshold to be paid out and customer support is terrible. even when you provide proof you've completed milestones they ignore it and won't pay out. Don't waste your time!

This app is a scam. I completed a task that should have resulted in a high-level reward, and they have made up every excuse not to honor it and give me the points. Don't waste your time. In response to Playful Rewards Review Comment: Thank you for your response. I am fully aware of how your tracking system and rewards process are intended to function. However, I have already submitted all requested documentation, only to be met with a series of inconsistent justifications for non-payment.

If you want to use this app make sure you never plan to get a new phone or replace a broken one. Despite their FAQ advising to share proof of milestones met, they got back to me and said they couldn't get a response back from the game developer to confirm. No problem, I reached out and the game developer did respond, and said Playful Rewards won't honor the reward since I had to reinstall the game. They partially resolved my request. Not worth the time or headache, do not recommend. Uninstalled.
Every time I've tried to answer a survey the app gives you f all and you waste about 2-3 minutes because of it. It's not just one, two, three, or even four surveys 😕 Edit: It's not the availability I'm struggling with. The most recent survey I took said beforehand that whoever created it has the right to deny you from answering if they don't want you to(or something along the lines of that). It then denied me after one question even though there was nothing wrong with my response.

Started great, found out you need a truck load of points to cash out. Now I can't Delete my Account, Keeps kicking somewhere else. Do not Download it, it's a Parasite.
Just as soon as you get a good boosted offwr, it will stop "tracking" just that game, support will tell you just to wait 48 hours ( long enough for that boosted offer to end) and then not be able to credit you the correct amount you earned because its over even when they knew before hand😡 waste of time!!

Don't waste your time. They don't let you cash out until you've earned enough points to get a $50 gift card and, while you know that going in, what don't know is you're going to have to submit your driver's license in order to get the money. They say they have to do it to make sure the money goes to only you but that's a bunch of bologna. I use several other reward apps and not 'one' of them required ID. I have a disability that keeps me from driving so I don't have a DL. Scam to get your info.
Kept seeing it advertised that if you instantly download you would get $15 automatically.I did it.I did not get anything.I was just routed to downloading more games
