started out great but now that I want to cash out. there are issues and won't let me cash out. coincidence??
Used Playful Rewards for a while but when I tried to cash out over £75 it's been nearly a week with no PayPal payment. The team asked for proof of in-app purchases and game progress, which I sent with email evidence. Now I'm just getting passed between different support staff asking the same questions. No help at all. The app makes you spend money to reach ridiculous levels only to waste time and get nothing back. Terrible experience, avoid it.
This company needs to get their act together. Seemed like a very great opportunity for passive income. But for weeks I have been trying to cash out $20. And everytime I get to the face verification, it just keeps saying to hold still. Maybe thought it was lagging. But not after weeks of trying. Get rid of your app if you can't operate your recognition software so people can claim what they played for. Hopefully y'all do something. Going to stay 1 star for me.
They locked my account with some excuse ..Right after they said my cashout was in process..
said there was a $15 sign up reward bonus no issues no nothing it was just there and it is not and I signed up and agreed to something that's now on my phone that I can't get off. it's all a scam Don't fall for it
I played about 2 months to get 500000 points to achieve the first withdraw. I made a request to my paypal, and they suddenly blocked my account. It says I have to prove I did not break the terms. No words how exacly? Don't waste your time
EDIT In response to the developer: I contacted support multiple times and asked what specific game, milestone, or incident caused my account to be deleted. They were unwilling or unable to provide any details and have since stopped responding. If a detailed review exists, it was never shared with me despite repeated requests.
SCAM!! DO NOT PLAY HERE. after having to grind for weeks to get enough to withdraw, I open the app to have a big red "your account has been closed and banned" all withdrawals and coins forfeited. their reason was "VPN use" wich I don't use a VPN on my phone so I know it's all bs. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING. SCAMMING BS APP.
refuse to pay out like they claim and want you to send all pictures of purchases to prove it then claims they never hear back from you.... They still owe me 30.00 and keep refusing it even with proof!!!!!!
worst app they will waste ur time for weeks to accept withdrawal ur rewards plz don't download this app if u care about your health because either u will have high blood pressure or heart attack ...... SPAM .... . you don't believe that other app what I used like playwell or bestplay and just play they take less than a minute to withdraw the money in ur PayPal
it doesn't want to open the games no matter how many times I clicked on the game.
At first I was really liking this app, interesting games and cashouts were pretty quick. Then I tried to cash out and support needed "additional information", that's when everything went downhill. I responded to their request for proof of purchases, a couple of days later they sent another message saying they hadn't heard back from me and are going to close the "ticket" on this. I'm very unhappy at this point but I've decided they have no intention of making good on the pay out.
scam I spent a lot of time playing and using my USD to level up faster than when I tried to redeem my rewards the app immediately changed the amount to withdraw and I reported it to customer Support and the app closed my entire account saying I was linked to another account I never had this account and app before

I used this app and had good time at first I cashed out and everything was good. then I decided to save up for a 100 dollar cash out and when I did. they said I use a vpn and canceled my account. I DO NOT use vpn and I asked for investigation into my account and got no reply. update: asked for review was just told nothing they could do
low pay outs
I got enough coins to cash out $50 and it stopped adding coins on games and wouldn't let me cash out.... very disappointed in this game...
very deceptive. amount you can make from playing the games and answering the surveys isn't near what they say in the time frame they say. And there's 50 billion ads in it there's an ad like every 10 seconds for 30 seconds or better and of course you can pay to not get ads but that kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it? quite a bit of false advertising going on here.
have get $50 cash out first time.. rewards are slow and not worth time to make amount been few months daily playing and cant hit daily rewards in three months I've made i assume $20 with hours daily playing
complete ripoff- it never pays out.. gives one reason after another for them to rip you off.. ridiculous .. complete scam

I wouldn't even give this one star but I had to in order to write a review. I can't even log in to this anymore. can't cash out. can't get a hold of nobody for support. it comes up that my my days are frozen and that's the only thing that shows. so I wasted a lot of time on this app when I could have been playing other ones and making a little bit of money. what a joke. zero Stars
This one must be benjamins little brothers they closed my account after trying 1 withdraw due to game manipulation. Just making things up i can't wait til these scamming companies get class action lawsuits
$50 to cash out and I don't have the time right now to accumulate that much. Uninstalling.
got 2 payouts easily enough after needing to email support to get help verifying, afterwards though after requesting 2 more payouts I have been suspended, I have emailed support and will be awaiting a response update: I was leveling up to quickly, I made in app purchases as suggested to succeed with their bonus quests, if the bonus quest isn't meant to be a reasonable amount of time why is it given as a quest? edit 2: day 2 of support emails still closed
I didn't even get anything
the app reset itself and gave me a new identifier# anytime I accumulated the required points needed to cash out. and when accumulating daily milestones for the $10 bonus, the arcade apps/games I had downloaded were no longer on my list to play i was informed that I had opened up 2 accounts, which I never did, but the app restarted and signed me out. after reopening, it gave me yet Another account with no place to sign in with previous account. they create app problems so you don't get paid.
this app sucks i only downloaded because It download the app and get a free $15 gift card but I never gotten my reward
I went to cash out on my first $10 he said within 24 hours I would receive an email so when I went to go check my email this morning and it wasn't there so I go to my play for rewards account and I can't even get into my account to get my identifier number so that I can submit they have wrongfully locked me out of my account and won't pay me my money
Do not use! I tried to cash out my first reward and they suspended my account and accused me of suspicious activity. Do not waste your time, there are reputable alternatives.
The payout thresholds are way too high and there are not enough ways to earn.
After cashing out all my game progress disappeared and now i cannot play games to earn more points.
Very slow to earn and u have a huge quota to hit before payout it seems
