Even basic transfers aren't free. After going through the process of giving the app all your account info, it paywalls you if you actually want to transfer. Not free. They should have just listed this as a paid app instead of wasting users time.

Overcharged and under delivered. It would not let me connect to my apple music at first. After a couple days fighting to get that to work, it finally connected but wouldn't transfer my playlist to YouTube. I canceled my subscription and sent an email to customer service requesting a refund for weeks of payments for an app I could not use. Customer service told me I needed to talk to google who, of course denied my request. Then I was charged again a week later.

Yikes. All the connecting, just to still have to pay a dime. Might as well make it a paid app if I can't use any basic functions of the app.
you need premium to move all your songs you only get to transfer 500 songs after that you can't transfer I don't know why such a small app need premium

Scam. 8$ a week for a transfer that lost 300 of my 1,200 songs. turns out YouTube music has its own built in transfer (which I wish I had known before using this) that only lost one song and did it seemlessly along with all my other playlists at once.
Terrible app. Wasn't even able to connect to my music accounts to start transferring because it just kept loading forever. I want my money back because I didn't even receive the service I paid for. This is a scam app.

In transferring over from Spotify to YouTube Music I wanted a tool to help transfer my playlists. I had hoped this would work well for me, but I had some technical issues with linking accounts. I did not expect to get charged for what I thought was a free trial, and was denied a refund. Not a great experience.
