PlayStation are thieves. you pay for 1 month subscription only. Just checked my bank statement. they've charged me for last month and this month. Come on. are you that desperate for money. 13.49 each month without my consent. I payed for 1 month. not 3. I hardly use my console. stop looting your customers.

This app is filled with flaws and problems.In rare occasions it might work properly, but usually its buggy. The app features don't even work properly and it usually takes around 3-5 mins for the whole app to load, but even after that frustrating wait for it to load it still will not completely work properly with black blanks that lasts for about 10 secs with almost every button you click
Absolutely terrible. Uploading captures can take days, terrible UI and no way to sort through captures.
videos take hours longer to upload, only 3mins video length feature sucks, only download 4 photos at a time, it's my bad luck I have no ot her option, I will switch to pc recording instead of playstation as soon as possible

been waiting 2 hours for a 7 second clip to finish loading, this isnt the first time either, I usually have to wait 24 hours for something like my 7 second clip to finish loading so I can download it from the app and use it, this logic makes 0 sense but hey enjoy your 1 star just because I have to wait this long for something thats less then a megabyte of memory.... fix your app🤷♂️
Sony Slop forcing you to sign in using their method which will leak anyway when they get hacked again
it didn't let me sign into my account and they sent me an email that my email and password were used to try to sign in.... then why cant I sign in if they are both correct?

The fact you can't delete captures in the PS app in beyond ridiculous, even if you delete from PS5 they remain in the PS app, and to top it off new clips won't save or be able to be downloaded till you wait 14 days for the old captures to automatically delete, why on earth can you not delete them your self, this has been a problem for over 4 years with multiple people complaining, worse gaming company out there by a long stretch, now I have to wait days to upload my videos to YouTube.

All PlayStation premium services are woefully bad. The monthly games, "classics" catalogue and game catalogue are filled with complete trash. As a lifelong PlayStation player since the Launch of the first console, I can honestly say I will not be purchasing a PS6 or continuing to fund a company so out of touch with the gaming industry. The King's have become jesters in their own castle. Sony should be embarrassed and ashamed of how far they've fallen. Oh I almost forgot, this app sucks too!

can't log in, login page is a black screen. website login is stuck behind 2FA because it refuses to send the code. maybe stop logging me out

don't even deserve one star. Worst app of all time
every time I try to log in it sends me a verification code in email so I go to email and get the code and when I get back to the app I have to enter my username and password again and it just loops like that
To think, I was considering changing my rating since it was finally stable for a month, but they just went and bricked it again.
slow and buggy
Store ui is faulty, frontend loads incorrectly, as you scroll you'll see the same set of games twice where it's paginating wrong or something idk how it's coded all I know is every "page" of the infinite scroll loops twice after so many pages, frustrating for the end user, and ultimately has prevented me from buying a game - lost custom through bugs, I cba scrolling past everything twice.
Ineffective for Chat. I wanted to be able to watch my friend stream their game while I walk around the house, so watching from my phone was the easiest. However, when I tried to adjust the screen to be landscape the screen went black, just kept scrolling and the UI disappeared. Since the buttons all disappeared I couldn't leave the voice chat without turning my phone off. At this point you just have to use your console since the app can't support chat. Chat function is super buggy and lagging.
I can't sign in i tried everything
Really bad app, very slow, extremely poorly organized making it very difficult to find basic things. Family management is one of the most vexing experiences.

Got no access to my pass-key so when I want to sign, I get sent to a never ending loop of trying to sign in using my email. BS system

This app went straight down the drain! I can't log into my account anymore! The 2-Step authentication process doesn't have any steps forward anymore ever since the update transpired! So I can't even have access to my account through my phone! What you've done has affected my communication with my team members, I hope you know that and I hope you do something about it.

Why can I not just use my account password to sign in? I can use my email, and I can send a sign in link to my email, and that all works fine, but when I get back to the app, I get an error message that says my session timed out.
hey PlayStation lower the battlefield games prices look at Xbox they are 99% cheaper for battlefield 2024 elite on Xbox is only $5 and battlefield 4 premium is 2$ and battlefield 1 is I think like $2 you can't beat Xbox prices

Total BS! Sony wants me to buy their plus subscription because all my digital and some physical game copies will have a 30 day limit! I BOUGHT the game! I only have the BUY option, Not Rent!! If I bought I game, I shouldn't need the damn subscription JUST to play any of them after 30 days. this is crossing a legal line to me

Trying to connect to a live agent is IMPOSSIBLE. Just stuck in a loop of telling me when agents are available WHICH IS AT THE TIME I AM TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO ONE. The AI is HELPLESS
