Great interface and interactivity however pay out is weak and 20 play hrs only gets you less then a dollar. Need to do better.

I downloaded this app through an ad that claimed I was "Already at 3.75 out of $5". I played 2 different games plus a bunch of activities in PlayWell itself for a total of 30+ minutes spent, only to find out that I had made it to the minimum cashout of $0.50, not the advertised $5. Amount of ads would have been acceptable for 5 bux not for 50 cents, false advertisement, don't waste your time on this one!

I have been unable to contact Support for several weeks. My account has been locked and I am unable to get any response on how to unlock it.

This is not an app that pays well. You have to get a million coins/points earned just for a little $. You'd be playing for days to try and earn. App is definitely *not* as advertised.
level is six. At level 25 I can withdraw $10 a day. I have to achieve level 40 before I can withdraw $20 per day. with such limitations, they are essentially engaging in false advertisement. You may earn rewards but you can't collect them in any reasonable amount of time. Look for other apps to earn $$$.

Trash trash. Don't bother wasting your time. Customer support is all AI bots, rewards take forever to reach because of Level requirements (you have 2m points but sitting at level 13? wait until your level 40) constant notifications about unclaimed rewards that are not real, and when asked to fix get told "we will investigate" then nothing. trash app. trash rewards. at this point imma stay using Mistplay. at least they pay out, have real customer service and dont flood my notifications with bs.
Scam. When you get close to cashing out they refuse to give you any rewards. Service abnormality, try again: the only thing you'll see from daily streak to claiming coin.

this app is trying to connect to every device i own except my pc this is too frustrating
I've played to get the $20 now I have to level something else up to 40 with some blue diamonds that you don't even get. I did get the 3,000,000 points. At first I liked the game until I found this out.
verification does not load properly,drops out, cannot withdraw anything, too many ads! in response to your reply I have emailed the support team and have had no reply whatsoever...
Not happy with PlayWell been playing for a couple of hours,and no cash out , just like all the other apps.

way to many ads and the rate you earn is far to long.this is a fail.

delete without notice or reaaon. One day it was fine, the next ill give you a "your account is unavailable." I tried sending multiple email to them ask why my account was not working and they only send back 1 email saying suspended account cannot be used again. No further explanation or updated emails. all few million coins lost forever. Also any email used to sign up for the game is associated with your registered Playwell account will also be deleted. idk what I even did wrong lol.
it's my first time trying the app,yet it says restricted access
getting paid. I finally got over 3 million points and now it says I have to collect 40 fires before I can get paid. sure seems like one the scams. getting up to 3 million coins i have only got 14 fire. at that rate its just plain ridiculous. is there anyone who can verify getting paid? if i havnt heard anything soon ill have to take the next steps.
Advertisements for app need work. you can tell the people are AI. If you are really paying people out at least pay to have real people in your ads.
I played for over 107 hours and received $5.00 for the effort. After you cash out your fist $5.00 they lock everything up till 25.00 and slow your earning progress. Avoid
Not sure when they started adding 5% fee for PayPal, but I don't like it at all. I guess I have to find a new app.

While it did pay out once after 3 days (after pushing for months to get a payout), their rewards are also difficult to receive and require exact timing to obtain (less than 1min daily to redeem over $20, only redeem 1 card per 24hr period)
5 REVIEW; I have bragged on you, and have been with Playwell for over a year. I'm on Level 70 I believe. No more bragging. For the SECOND TIME TODAY YOU HAVE RESTRICTED ME FROM MY ACCOUNT!! I'm beyond furious. I don't understand why twice in one day?? Really! I'm done with you!

I have played this game for a year, and now they made it to where the bonus bar if you complete it you get $10 I did that and never received my bonus and you can not get help from there support system at all bc just the bot doesn't respond and you can't talk to a human
I truly enjoy the app, but I've had problems with not given credit for my in game purchases. I took off 3 points because their customer service hasn't gotten back to me and it's been weeks. I sent 1 with screenshots, but I was limited to 5 because that's all they allow. I have plenty more. fix these and I'll change my score to a 4.... edit: in response to the answer to my inquiry. I did send all relevant information and it's been weeks. do better!
I would have given 5 stars if not for the new update. Because when I play a new game for the bonus coins I can play for 15 min not just the 3 it says and still says the same thing. so now I have wasted my time because for the last 3 days it's been the same issue.
Best play & pay apps I've tried and I believe I have tried them all almost? If you like playing games and making a few dollars you should try it. we work hard to get $5 and now you take 25 cent from that other things have changed too it not worthwhile anymore you need to make a change you're going to loose players I took some stars back
