The content isn't bad, it's just not at all worth the money charged. I have more knowledge of exercises and stretching from 30+ years in martial arts. Was looking for something really focused on improving my knowledge of mobility specific training. This is only good if you are maybe an absolute beginner with no background in any stretching, yoga, etc.

this app is apple based and failed to mention android doesn't have the mobility test to base your stretching on so I'm out way to much money for something I thought would be great and is now a complete waste, Pliability don't offer incomplete apps thats just wrong

Why would you auto start a year long subscription at the end of a seven day trial instead of monthly. Guess ill do my year and then drop them since I already know a refund will be impossible.

Hello Pliability Team, It has been more than 2 weeks now that I have lodged a support request as I am unable to screen cast pliability app on my TV and I have received no response or updates from your end. Screen cast is a very important function for me as I need to watch the exercise on a large screen. Can you please let me know when will you be able to resolve this issue?

I wanted to like this app, but the videos make it usable. The poorly chosen camera angles hide how the exercises are performed, and on top of this you have amputee models performing them, which is just mind boggling. I'm on day two, watching someone with one leg demonstrating a stretch that requires two. Cancelling my subscription.

Used the app daily during the 7 day free trial with minimal issues and then literally the day the subscription is charged to my account I can't play a full video without it randomly pausing or just completely freezing. Forced closed the app and restarted my phone and the issue persists. Very disappointed as I've been really enjoying the app up to this point.
Tricked by the free trial. App was gifted when I paid a different fitness app so didnt even want it in the first place. Didn't realise I'd locked in a monthly Sub to start in 6 months. $24.95/m for pretty average content. 4 months of $$ before I just happened to notice on my bank statement. No emails to say Sub was starting or receipts to say payment has been made. Then when I contact company, they just hide behind "Refund Policy" Like they can't do anything to help. Avoid App
i saw some videos about this app and was super excited to try it out and was happy it was on my device (since most apps aren't sadly) but once I made a account I tried to use the app just to be kicked out once I denied the membership back to the login screen, I don't know if this is meant to happen but I was really disappointed and I didn't even see a free trial (if I missed it I apologize) hope this gets fixed!
You can't even click around and get a feel for the app before connecting a credit card. First thing you see after login is a page forcing you to start a subscription.. I'm definetly not going to connect my credit card BEFORE I know if it's worth subscribing or not! All the other training/stretching apps that I've tried at least has the possibility to get a feel for the it before connecting the credit card, without signing up for a trial that me as a user must manually cancel within those 7 days.

I missed my reminder by a day, got charged, cancelled immediately, and support still refused a refund. Feels like they rely on people forgetting to cancel rather than delivering real value. Avoid unless you’re 100% sure you want to pay.

Was disappointed with my experience with Pliability. I was charged $224.99 for a yearly subscription that went past the refund window. Despite explaining my situation and highlighting the significant financial impact ($ is a substantial amount for an unused app), a request for a refund based on fairness and not policy was declined. "Unfortunately." Given the circumstances, no understanding and no compassion! They don't care! Beware..runnn̈nn!
I find the sessions very repetitive, some movements don't make sense, some alternative exercises are harder than the main exercises. I'm afraid if someone asked me if this was an app to consider I would recommend joining yoga or finding an alternative app to use.
expected alot better from an app that appears so professional. the layout doesn't make sense and is difficult to follow. The instructions are poor (written and verbal) and half the time you're just getting the understanding of an exercise and then the time is up. I find it more a frustration than a help unfortunately.

I signed up and then saw that test is not available on android devices. Why won't you clerily provide this info? This test was the only advantage this app has over other, lower paid. Therefore I will unsubscdibe.
I don't like that I am not able to take a look inside the app without the paywall and agreement to pay... I don't care about trial period.

So disappointed in the change in programming. What happened to the daily 20 minute videos? I resubscribed because your programming was different from everything else. Now nothing sets it apart. 😑
