The very bad application. You can't even download the statement. Even you don't get any account reference number.
I used to think this app was great. There were lots of different ways to save, round ups, automatic or manual transfers, builders, payday savers and different funds and stocks anyone could invest in with as much as you liked in lump sums or from savings. I guess someone decided they weren't making enough money and now it's become very subscription based with different levels to add features. I don't like paying to save and unless you invest big it will only cost you. I'm looking elsewhere now.

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. Took my current account overdrawn by withdrawing too much funds the day before I got paid, even though I've had it for a couple of years. Straight NO to refunding me even though I've got a balance too. I'm searching for an alternative now to move my funds to.

However, I'm not able to prove my source of funds as the only confirmation of this money is a screenshot from the app. When I try to get help, I get replied to once per day with answers like, "Update your app and check again." It didn't work, by the way. Disappointing.
I have now made two formal complaints about Plum. Money constantly going missing for days even weeks at a time. Absolutely pathetic customer service simply ignore me for days at a time. Then send me the same old message. I am currently missing a large sum of money and have no idea how much I actually have in total because the app takes days to update numbers. I will be taking my complaint to the FCA. I urge you to avoid putting any of your money into this broken app.
App is pretty horrendous to navigate. theres so much going on, so many branches off to other things and so many different ways to where you want to go. needs to be tidied up a lot.
horrible app, won't let me correct my details and it won't allow me to close my account for a lifetimes ISA and it won't allow me to transfer my ISA either. do not put your money in it as you will never get it back. absolutely terrible customer service. they stopped replying to me when I wanted to switch to money box and now I cannot use or open any LIFETIME ISA accounts because of plums poor customer service 😔 🤬🤬
money takes to long to transfer
Absolutely rubbish, as cancelling it is so difficult, and they're quick to take money for substitution that you try and try to cancel.
The user interface is shocking. They have come up with some strange concept called a "pocket" which is not actually invested anywhere (they must make so much money on this exploit). Because of this, I believed I had invested in my LISA, however I had not. This is compounded by the fact the app is not designed for a phone which is not on a large phone screen. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8, which means that half of the numbers and functions do not show making the UI completely unusable.
Used to be great but so much is locked behind paywalls now there are better places to go for savings and investments now. Its a shame because I've been using Plum for several years but its just no longer viable.
app does not even work when i sign up then it doesnt go through and come to the main page again sign up or login
Not being able to see daily, weekly, monthly changes on the graph is a backward step. When can you reinstate this ?
piss poor app
The worst app ever. Over complicated. Support takes days to respond. They might have high interest rates but no point if the app needs a degree to use. Just opened an account and will now be closing and moving my money elsewhere.
I've had to edit my review. Awful customer service. I cant speak to anyone about my account. The customer service I've received has been abysmal. I cant withdraw my own money from my account. I've sent emails with no reply. This feels like theft. I haven't had any replies to my emails. the company is a joke.
Dodgy. Took £20.03 out of my account for absolutely no reason at all and it said it will be available in 5 days! Tried to find my bank details to remove them but you can't. You can't cancel the DD with them, have stop it with your bank. Will be shutting it as soon as I get my 20 quid back.
downloaded the app but the cash isa doesn't work. that's the reason I joined too.

utterly chaotic rubbish. the ui is random and it's not surprising that even the help is inaccurate as it refers to non existing options
used to be a good app. since signing up to max the app seems to crash out constantly, won't load most of the time and the new layout for the investment platform is absolutely useless. update. now won't let me access any of my investments!!!! customer services are no help in getting it sorted and they are still reporting on there website that its fully functional!!! fuming.
Doesn't let you close your account as continuous payments pending so they just keep withdrawing money even when I asked to close the account. The app takes you through a number of steps to close and then at the end says sorry, can't do this. Frustrating. Not recommended.
trying to close account for the past week, it s a nightmare. really not straightforward, compared to joining it !!
Poor customer service in resolving issues. Moneybox is a far easier option. I've had issues re linking accounts for nearly 3 weeks. keep being passed from pillar to post.
i have had so many issues with the support team and even closing my account is such an ordeal there are so many issues i would just avoid this app and use something else that is actually useable
Completely unusable, so full of glitches on this android version, unlike iPhone version. frustrating and in need of immediate fixes, don't waste your time. Couldn't use the service, and constantly glitches on verifications, won't do direct debits. Subpar.
It's actually quite appalling! it continuously shuts itself down. it will not let you type your mobile number in to create an account. i uninstalled it and reinstalled it, still to no avail . it's by far the worst savings app I've seen in my life. i would recommend not to download it as this is meant to look after your money and it's failing all the time.

You don't have to put LLM into everything, this is what lead me to not use the app. App like this should be plain easy to understand and have no fuss.

perks only available to max customers, not great perks tbh, you can get most of them for free on meerkat, instead of paying £15.99! the perks don't even work, I've tried to get a 2 for 1 code for cineworld and page just takes me to an ad or blank page! and yoy have to pay to get good interest rates when these are free with other banks. will definitely be cancelling! page keeps freezing when I try to deposit money, terrible app!

If u want to withdrawl ur money u have to wait atleast one month becoz when u deposit u dont know when ur money start work for nd withdrawal i am speechless i was thinking for long-term investment but i have to search better plateform then plum
Tried to sign up and it just keeps saying login unsuccessful. I'm then asked to login which takes me back to the home screen.
AVOID! I asked for a transfer for £312 as that was all that was left in the account. Plum asked for the value to transfer, and I provided it. The values showed as being transferred. Then I added more funds to the ISA I was transferring from as it's liquid. Plum ended up taking £2.6k instead of £312. Plum took all my remaining liquidity, which ended up locked in their ISA, and is only accessible through the "primary pocket", which creates a delay up to 3 days. There are better rates elsewhere.
Hopeless. Completed registration and verification easily. hit Cash ISA tile and no option to accept key documents so couldn't progress. reinstalled and no better. customer support? I'm still waiting.Wasted my time

Data mining is their sole focus. To get any regular savings to work, you have to grant them access to your full bank details: transactions, everything. Even if you just want to pay in a set sum. The app is also a mess
I've been using Plum since March 2020. It helped me a lot for saving and investing. But I hadn't used it for the past year. I wanted to start investing again, and what I saw was really disappointing. It needs to be upgraded to invest in any funds. If we invest in a fund we already pay fees for it. And now extra for the app as well. In the last few years you've had a few millions of funding from crowdfunding websites. It looks like that money hasn't been enough and now you're charging users. Nice
has been brilliant until today and the new update where it refuses to even just run. 🤬
