Good way to chat with k-pop idols and see their posts, but the media safety is horrendous; haters can come on here for easier access to send hateful words to idols, and reporting doesn't help enough. There needs to be a better way to promote a safer environment for this app and the artists that come here to see fans looking at their posts.

The filters for message and live commenting service is poorly executed. Spam messages can easily surpass filters, while words that contain letters from banned language (ex. word 'glass') get filtered out. Filter for foreign languages also lacks data and words that should be banned don't get detected. Please fix these issues asap.

I feel bad for the idols that have to put up with this app because the amount of hate i see idols getting on this apl and theres no appropriate measures in place? I highly suggest that the developers introduce new measures and responses to hate accounts and messages. The fact that people are even allowed to be commenting hateful things on posts and on lives says a lot.

This app is AWFUL at filtering malicious and violent comments towards artists. Censoring a couple swear words isn't good enough. It's gotten so bad that even the idols are speaking up. You need to fix your app and and ban users who continously cyberbully and fill this app with awful comments. Idols are human beings with feelings and it's sickening to know that us (fans) are paying to use apps like these with no regard for safety.
This acc lack of safety for the artist and fans to use thus I request for you to: 1.Ban malicious words and phrases: Implement a filter that automatically blocks harmful language and hate speech from being posted in the chat. No exceptions. 2. Immediate restriction for reported accounts: Accounts with multiple reports must be IMMEDIATELY restricted from posting any further comments. These accounts should also be IP banned to prevent them from creating new accounts to continue their harassment.

Terrible app. Doesn't filter hate comments from artists' posts and doesn't block users who are reported. Could be better if it had a better word filter and spam filter, and if deactivated the accounts that got reported for hate spam and blocked their IPs so they could never make accounts again. If my artist is not getting protected from the hate then I don't want to communicate with them through here. Would not recommend the app, at all, unless this gets fixed.
