o mizerie gravă. când ți-e lumea mai dragă ești delogat, de obicei când vrei sa plătești.
I don't review, but this I make an exception. Being one of two government approved provider, we don't need you to self promote, nor any fancy features. The fact this app consistently requires to authenticate through browser (not even webview) via session cookie is a joke. Focus on security backend, and clean front end UI is all you need.

When you are in the store to the cashier desk to pay, it takes time to go through all those steps to see the available balance of the card.

Always ask for reauthorization. Frequently timeout. Looks they pay a highschool student to write the app. For a sandwich. 😁
Costumer service absolutely useless. The phone number is a prerecorded voice message, and it's impossible to talk to a human being. The email service keeps repeating to send them a screenshot of what does not work for 2 weeks and still haven't solved the problem yet.
cant activate the card for 3 month. support is useless....
Very bad app, after years of using now it says unknown email address, can't use it for anything, can't contact no one, no chat, nothing, just frustrating dealing alone with it, never recommend
най-тъпото приложение в плей стора. На касата си, всеки път, искаш да платиш, но трябва да провериш за наличност. Цъкаш на приложението, разлогнат си? защо бе? кому е нужно да ми искате парола всеки път като го отварям това приложение? хем е сетъпнато отключване с пръстов отпечатък? некадърници.
There is no point in the app if you cannot filtre by restaurant types.
Useless. Can't use the app in Germany without a profile, just to see where pluxee is accepted. Previous version had the functionality.
Hello. I can't create my account. I entered the data correctly. I entered the phone number, but at the step where I should receive an SMS, I don't receive that SMS with the code. I tried several times but to no avail.
This is the definition of ANTI - user friendy! No clear instructions, no step 1-2-3., complicated, and they just rely on the sell of the food vouchers and do not bother to improve. I have experience for many years with apps, this is one of the worst. Do they test it with actual people???
In what universe i need to login periodically to use the app? It constantly logs you out and its annoying.

Unusable app. Login - "unknown email address" Register - "email already exists" Also the login process is done inside a WebView component, which sais a lot about the people working on this app.

L'application est pratiquement inutile. Vous ne pouvez pas faire grand-chose là-bas, à part consulter votre solde. La carte des établissements est peu pratique ; elle ne contient aucune description. Souvent, les noms indiqués ne correspondent pas aux cafés eux-mêmes, mais aux entités juridiques qui les gèrent, ce qui est pratiquement inutile.
The application is not opening,asking the same question in circle. ..Do you like to enter in your profile , again and again, trying but always throwing you out on the same initial point. Also what's the logic to open in browser this request? Really strange and bad UX
terrible experience, keeps logging out, have to login constantly. And why can't I just login with user and password? Every time an email is sent for login verification, which just doesn't arrive in 5 minutes, pure nightmare!
Never mind that it updated 2 times for the last months,every time I start the app it asks to be updated and refuses to start. It forces me to go to play store....EDIT: now developper says there is another old Pluxee app with the same name and one needs to be removed manually by me!!!! Who does that? When you want to update an app you release a NEW VERSION, not a entirely new APP! And the user has to remove it every time. How many new apps will they release this year? Try VERSIONS for a change😀
Truly one of the worst experiences I've had with an app. Thank god they have nice support team who helps you. In my case they cannot send me activation code, cannot change my email so they will delete the whole profile so I can create a new one and try to activate it again.
I-am dat o stea deoarece nu exista optiunea de a da minus stele. Inainte sa fiu fortata sa renunt la vechea aplicatie in favoarea acesteia, nu am avut nici o problema.Acum foarte rar merge ok. Soldul nu se update aza decat dupa multiple refresh-uri, si daca vrei sa vezi detalii card ai incurcat-o. Stai 1000 de ani. Update//dupa 3 luni O perioada a fost ok, acum e varza iar. Soldul nu se updateaza singur, te delogheaza cand iti e lumea mai draga si dupa aceea nu mai poti loga. Minunat
the worst, it does not remember your login information
I only recently updated my Pluxee account, now they forced me to install a new app and create an entirely new account just to activate a replacement card. The process was annoying, confusing and a waste of time trying to figure it all out.

След 3 опита за въвеждане на пин картата става неизползваема. Няма оператори, с които да говориш. Никой не отговаря на телефоните. Казват ти 2 мин., а след 10 няма отговор. След 3 грешни опита за въвеждане на пин буквално губиш картата.
The app is absoluty worthless, another pointless website wrapper that overcomplicates everything and makes interacting with it a mess. It also continously prompts for notification access requests instead of agreeing that it doesn't need those.
Horrible app. Every time it updates (and that is very often) it logs you out and you have to log in with your credentials again. It's full of not needed things which makes it bloated in my opinion.

It's an awful app. When I open it, it just shows white screen or their logo, waiting forever to load anything... whenever it happens at all. And when it works it usually makes me login again. I use it just to check my balance and it hardly does the job.
