The only thing this app does well is CONSISTENTLY turn off biometrics & not log me in. You have to force stop the app, sign in again, & re-enable biometrics. Next time you attempt to sign in, it starts all over again, disables biometrics and blah, blah, blah. Not to mention the lack of meaningful banking functionality. Any chance someone will FIX THIS ISSUE!! It has been happening for a very long time. It doesn't happen with any other app I use. Just this sorry excuse for a banking app.

called PNC to help with the app not processing transactions not knowing what's in my account and generally every transaction I normally make is not going through. their solution was to tell me to use a paper register. absolutely absurd. now they're refusing me instant mobile deposit for a check that's the same amount as the check I deposited last week but they're saying I didn't deposit a check last week... PNC makes it clear that I am not important to them and every transaction is a problem.

an hour on the phone just to get a simple zelle transfer working
continually crashes every 10 seconds
They have crippled online bill pay by re.oving the memo.feild. they removed a required field for most companies and standard field on a check "memo." This hax basically made a bill pay useless. do they not understand all tax collectors, and most companies require this? they say to mail in a check as an alternative. this is so stupid. What's the point of crippling a service and making people revert to sending physical checks, which is something most people stopped doing for over 10 years.
The Zelle features are greatly lacking. I can't schedule recurring payments, for example. The app is incredibly basic and has minimal functionality.
App doesn't show your savings interest rate and it won't let you copy your account number, which puts you at risk for sending your money to the wrong account. Give an option to enable it. Require MFA if you have to.
update. it's a year later and you can't even make a mortgage payment through the app.
The app is extremely slow and freezes constantly. I always have to force close it to get the app to work. I shouldn't have to log in three times just to be able to check my balance
Garbage banking app of a garbage bank. I've tried to buy crypto from kraken and my transaction was declined. I called tech support, they said I would be able to buy crypto after verifying the account, but I still can't buy crypto.

I've been using the app for 10 years. it used to be great. now it doesn't work with mobile data. wifi is the only reliable way to get it to work. so my mobile app only works at home now.... for the record, I don't use mobile data much other than for utility/small searches. I have slower mobile data speeds because it's affordable. affordable data is still data, and my bank app shouldn't need lightning speeds.

Our mortgage is through PNC. What's the point of this app if I have to use a browser to make the mortgage payments? The app is lacking too much in this regard. Can't even look at statements.

app is nice but updates only during weekdays so hard to track actual money going in and out to not overfldraft.
Clunky, not intuitive, and poorly designed. After 4 in person visits, each more than one house, I still can't get all my accounts in one profile. Have moved most of my business elsewhere, but I am stuck with one last PNC account. Can't wait to move that one as well.
Getting an app is not responding after every action.
this is the worst banking app I've ever used. my zelle hasn't been working all day but it works on other bank apps it's just pnc.
