customer service was horrible. kept getting caught in an AI service loop and could never get to talk with an actual person
Used to work not too bad, but lately more than not, after waiting for it to summerize, it tells me it can't find any words. It now lives in my desk drawer with a few other bricks.

I got this through eBay and now it's useless to me. the device is registered to someone else and no one seems to be able to help me. I've sent over documentation and done all the resets and everything like that. don't buy second hand or used one. personally I've had a bad experience. I thought this might turn out to be something great but I'm disappointed. a waste of time and money
The device and app may be OK for superficial recording, but for meetings containing technical details or acronyms a waste of time. it gives very general and flowerely summary of such meetings. no I do not recommend either the product nor the app. Promises much, delivers little for the serious technical business user.

Have tried to connect 10x to a brand new device. Cant get set up to even get started using!
Practically a voice recorder unless you want to pay $200 a year, much better AI alternatives at a fraction of the price.

These companies tout how great their product is but they lose money getting their product out thinking you spent money on their product you will spend a little more each month to get the full functionality. BUYER BEWARE!!
This review is not about the hardware or its capabilities. The app appears unreliable. The success at connecting the app with the device feels random at best. Quite of the app launch gets stuck at the startup view (with the just the "P" logo showing up and nothing happens), or it simply just refuses to connect. My best guess is these guys are neglecting Android.
This app crashed more than 10 times in one day!
just a glorified voice recorder, everything else is behind a sub standard pay wall subscription. just use a call recorder and chat gpt
device works. I have nothing to add beyond that because the app associated is locked behind a 19.99/month membership to use the full features of a device I already paid for. learned my lesson though, will research these things before buying. mind boggling cash grab from this company. hopefully that changes.
App is wonky. keeps asking for a response to already asked and replied to questions. For example, says there's an update to the app. and after requesting the update, logs in to playstore, where the current rev. is the one prior to the update. keeps asking for me to get update. I have found the app to be counterintuitive and the newest update promises to improve the home screen experience. I seem to be caught in a temporal loop (groundhog day). Just reviewed a transcript of a recording...
The app won't update to 0.6.5. Turned off my VPN. Restarted my phone. Still will not update.
tells me there is a app update in the pocket app. when I choose update it brings me into Google play to either uninstall or open. very confusing. seems they need to get thier act together
