it is impossible to get money help I got rid of the game
i have play pass subscription. but when i download it I am being told to buy the game.
it stops loading correctly after I get to a certain point in the game. the game cost money so this needs to be fixed. I keep having to start completely over. this is now the 3rd time.
great game when it works, stopped working about 30 days ago, multi attempts with customer support, no response, skip this one but consider Pocket City 3 if they ever release it

every time my city hits winter, all my city looks bad. can u guys rework winter art style or give me options without winter season or tropical set season.
been playing for a year or more. now I can't get it to work properly. when i click on the steel mill or any similar buildings i get a blue screen and have to completely restart game.
found tons of bugs, between not being able to visit buildings without closing the game, to items unlocking twice (which is something small but its a paid game), visual bugs like come on. I shouldn't have to close the game every 5 min to buy something from a shop or sell or talk. its just not worth the price
I cannot visit any shops or the bank, police station, forestation etc etc unless there is a new quest to accept, when I try to visit without a quest my screen goes blue n nothing loads, I have to give food to a cop, it's a quest that I accepted but when I click on the police station my screen goes blue, I hear all background noise but nothing loads please help

Boring. Once you've understood the basics of the game (quick and easy to understand) this game is simply boring. Though it is satisfying to an extent, it becomes repetitive. If I had the option again, I wouldn't pay for it.
Honestly the 3rd person explore is the only thing interesting. The build interface is disjointed, inconvenient and a tests my patience compared to competitors like Theotown or the classic SimCity style interface. Road building alone is an annoying drag-and-draw nightmare that can't be undone without closing out and reopening the build ui to demolish and repeat. Ugh... 3rd person explore is simply too cool of a concept to deserve this game to contain it.

cool concept but way to easy... all you have to do is build a bunch of billboards
