not loading free episodes
Today, while checking transactions on my payment app, I was was taken by surprise that it is paying Pocket FM regularly astr very short intervals of around 3 days with a regular amount of Rs 49 although I remember having subscribed for monthly Rs49 plan. When I tried to find a way to unsubscribe, there is no option. Trying to find the customer care no., there is no information on its website. Can we assume it is just a cheating app? How can I get my money back?
Absolute money grab. This app is trash and a scam. They snatched you in with a headline / cliffhanger and then you've gotta pay to play. At one point they would give a couple free episodes a day, but now it's a charge of 9 coins for EVERY episode. That's more than $1 an episode, and when most series are thousands of episodes.... Do the math. Outrageous. Scam. Please don't support this.
Waste of money and time ❗ ❗ ❗ ❗ can not just episode though I have premium , also needs additional coins though you have premium ,
just watched 24 ads to open 3 episode after watching 12 to watch 3 got zero episodes. Thats 36 ads for nothing.
