Overall good content, but it seems like some answers may be written by AI or outsourced as they contradict themselves or are flat-out wrong. Edit: lowered stars after passing my NREMT-P and revisiting. 1 in 5 questions are now nonsensical, and answers do not reflect the nature of the NREMT. Recent examples: adjusting ventilation on a patient on NC, withholding mag sulfate from a seizing, hypertensive pregnant pt due to lack of labs. If this is your only study tool you will fail.

I do not recommend this app, there are too many wrong answers on the practice exams according to a experienced EMS instructor. I almost passed my registry and I used this app, and I failed by over 100 points
I dont like how most of the questions are repeated over and over again like the nose bleed. There are a lot of things discussed in EMT, but it's the same few questions being repeated in the app.
The app material is barely related to the test. I just took the EMT exam and out of 70 questions maybe 5 were touched on in the test questions in this app. The actual test questions are much harder, and most of the material isn't covered at all in the app (and not like the questions weren't identical, but like I'd never even heard many of the words). The formatting of the questions was also significantly different; most in the exam were diagnostic. Frustrating after paying for the app.

taken nremt four times for paramedic and haven't passed using this app
NOPE... There's other APPS with less the hassle with registering!
Incredibly frustrating that it tells you to take a break during the mock exam and then forgets all of your progress and starts you over. That's an absurd shortcoming.
Decent app but is basically worthless in the primary survey section, which is one of the largest sections. I would recommend trying other apps first and coming back to this one if you just want the extra practice.
