i cant get the code to send to verify my number to use this app

Pogo literally won't let me in. It just keeps giving an error message with please try again.
Have about $15 sitting on the app and all of a sudden it won't apply my points when I reach goals. Also will not get past 16% when I try to update the app. All sus! Update: App eventually updated but Customer support is NO HELP! You contact them as instructed to recover your missing points and you get no progress at all! I now probably have over $200 in unpaid points!
long time user deleting. I've had this app for years and it used to be great but I've noticed it no longer gives a noticeable amount of points towards cash out no matter what I do. I've been stuck under 3000 points for probably 8 months now even with daily checking on the app doing all the things
since updates are very slow, how does Pogo get credit cards and how can I join the club for it?
Games quit updating progress and you can't get points for higher levels. Also pretty sure this is the app I got a phone virus from.
I cannot even sign up for it because I keep getting a error code when I put in the verification code. I can't go any farther.
Going to be honest, I am disappointed... was making 40 points per receipt and now only getting 10... probably going to stop using this app for anything.. there are plenty of other apps that reward way more and do the same thing. so, do better or goodbye.
you can't play your own games
they are buying your data. you're not getting free money. that's never been something people do. 😅
HORRIBLE app and HORRIBLE customer service. Don't waste your time, you won't get paid out rewards, if they have issues with game rewards, they simply will delete the whole game from the list instead of awarding properly and taking any sort of accountability. I am not sure if they are getting kickbacks for having games listed but you certainly won't be awarded. I've been in contact with customer service for MONTHS w/ a huge amount of evidence and they are still denying me help. SCAM APP!
they want to know how many kids you have. what you make annually. what your children are. they want you to add your card information in there as well. they don't seem like an honest thing I feel like they need to be taken off of here it seems so fraudulent.
while playing the daily game, the app quits responding conveniently when I am about to win. It happens quite alot. Several days later, Still happening. I am about to delete the app because I will never be able to reach the withdrawal amount. I have a screen shot showing that the app has quit responding. FAKE GAME. SCAM GAME.

I've been using this for years and I would have normally given a three and a half or a four. it takes a lot of work to get up to five bucks. but now they've changed their cash out. making you provide all of your correct information and then taking a picture with your ID which I just don't trust. I don't mean it worthwhile to keep this up anymore so I've deleted it

This was my favorite small change earning app for several years. Recently, they started requiring "Plaid" to cash out. Plaid verifies by email + text code + legal ID + selfie. Well it decided my ID was too blurry or something and now, even a week later, it won't let me try again with my license. It insists I use a passport or some other government ID. I don't have those. So I guess I'm done using my formerly favorite earning app.
I couldn't even get pass the verification code screen
it's regiving me adds for an app that I already had for 3 years straight?!
FAKE GAME
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS TRASH APP JUST DOWNLOAD JUSTPLAY I started this app and it was ok until the daily tracking kept messing up and then I started a game and did the first four to five tasks and it tracked NONE OF IT, sent the screenshots to customer service support and they're still asking me to send more screenshots 🤦🏾♀️ I'm past stage 10 of the game how much more screenshots/proof do you want? it's a waste of my time to play and play and play just for it not to track my progress.

I found a sketchy phone login with this install, I just had to replace my second card!!! Uber!! Amazon!!! $452 dollar charge that was stopped because thank GOD Chase stopped the transaction!!! I am FURIOUS!! READ ALL THE REVIEWS, ONLINE INFO, PEOPLE PUTTING THEIR INFO IN THIS APP WILL HAVE IT STOLEN!!! I AM STARTING INVESTIGATION AND CONTACTING POLICE!! DON'T DOWNLOAD

when I go to take a picture of my receipt the app just shuts down....
Installed, set it up, on my new phone, linked to my bank account & guess what? It continually crashes. Unable to scan receipts or do anything else with it. Un-installed and unlinked.
I attempted to cash out and they demanded full id verification. excellent way for my identity to get stolen. not a chance are you getting that
everything was ok till they asked me how many children I have and my annual income that i make y do u need to know such personal information. i would really luv to know y this is needed?
I really love this App but the syncing of other apps is so flawed, it's frustrating!!! Well another app I'm going to delete. I do not provide government ID to game apps! you're i financial institution or a government entity
not what it claims. the ads for it say you can get points for being on social media or games not in the app... that was the whole reason I downloaded it. I would not recommend

I really can't review because it won't load on my phone because I only use mobile data. I don't have Wi-Fi at this time I ended up uninstalling it.
what a privacy nightmare. permissions required to earn points and no clear way to download any earnings. and cash out. did not enjoy.

I just tried to cash out 42.62 in a gift card when the screen glitched and dis not let me select the rest of checking out when I went back on to continue it was gone and the points are gone too. tried to go to the support center and the phone glitches everything thing t I put in a ticket.

it was great the first day but now the scroll doesn't work and I have to constantly click continue or next for it to go to the next screen.
very glitchy. doesn't sync the connected apps or emails. it took me over a month to get $7 and I can't cash out. the cash out process is tedious. you need different forms of identification and it denied my state ID several times. it is not worth the constant struggle.
I am really not impressed with the app. The points are much lower than Fetch, for one. The next thing is that it takes twice as long to open the app than Fetch. Lastly, it takes a several tries before you can take a picture of your receipt, with Fetch it's pretty accurate with one snap shot.
this app says I have an account, won't let me do anything. can't sign in, app closes itself.
So far earned points but I just tried scanning another receipt and it's troubleshooting 🫤😒
I cannot even sign back into my account. I would not even recommend to download this app as there is no way of signing back into the account.
1 star less because know I have to prove it's me with My Id or other ways and currently I can't because it's expired (annoyed)
