I need to add on cause I was wanting to trade my zarude into my pokemon sword but it shows I can't cause I don't have one in my pokedex in my game and how does anyone expect to get some of the so said special pokemon like victini or mew
Wish you'd add a Floette filter with the way you have to scroll through 50 Floette trades to find one trade that's actually worth it...
worked only for 1 day during the Meltan event. hasn't worked ever since

important features now locked behind paywalls, absolutely pointless.
It is such a joke. Your pokemon are literally held hostage once you upload them until you pay to unlock them again. You cannot even view them. Greed on an uprecedented level, even for Nintendo and Pokémon. The app itself still feels bare bones even after 6 years.

I HATE THIS APP, I almost quit pokemon all together because of this app. Someone had to smoke A LOT of crack to make a navigation this unclear.
takes ages to connect on app and switch. gts is full of scams or idiots. happy to take our money but not spend it on the product very greedy company now

Perfect opportunity to solve many issues that have made the pokemon user experience so poor over the generations. But how can you ignore things like trade evolutions, partial to no integration with new games for up to 6 months to a year post release, and even poor support for basics like sorting your collection. Is just crazy that such a great idea has been executed so poorly and incompletely.
When I was a child and pokemon first premiered on tv I was ecstatic and full of wonder at this new world. Playing red version on the original gameboy DMG and buying my first theme deck was special. The deck i got was a fossil theme deck which contained a holo muk. Pokemon was an escape for kids who had it rough. Nowadays however, you just twist as much profit as you can. subscriptions for a service on a children's game is unforgivable, shameful and a great dishonour on which you used to stand
they are so slow when it comes to fixing the bugs on the game.
Buggy and greedy. They don't "offer a service" so much as put up artificial barriers and make you pay to take them down.

I had a full box of shiny Pokémon in Box 1 on the switch application. On the 11th, I used the mystery gift function to recieve Pokémon on the phone application, and it replaced the entire box of pokemon with just those mystery gift Pokémon. when contacting support, I was told they would not replace any Pokémon for any reason, that they can't see the Pokemon (huh, it's almost like thats because they were deleted!), and generally seemed like they weren't paying attention to anything I was saying.
GTS is clogged with impossible trade requests for either species of Pokemon or level asked for. finding a GTS listing is about as fun as ripping your toenails out with a spork
Incompetent implementation of language censorship. The addition of Portuguese is attempting to force me to change my name.
For a paid service, it's glitchy, full of error messages, and slow.

Where is firered LeafGreen support promised for these games. We were lied to.
I can't go any further in this app then do you want to link it to your Nintendo account which I don't have. Do you want to use a guest account which has no permanent features which I don't want to do but it won't let me set up an account anyway if I don't do one of those things.
sub par experience, and it's to be expected at this point from these pokemon companies. They put in minimal effort into all their games and apps lol.

it's not working it worked for a while but when I got on it the other day it wouldn't open
absolutely unusable after the newest update maintenance. Can't login and keep getting met with the same communication error code, clearing cache does not work. imagine paying money for something that doesn't work.
Awful customer support. Be wary of entrusting your precious Pokémon to this service.
-2 stars as there is still no way to see if a Pokémon is shiny when viewing the GTS, and for someone who is colourblind, it makes some of the subtle differences in some Pokémon impossible to tell on the tiny thumbnail we are given to see the Pokémon up for trade. -1 star for removing the GTS from the main games and creating a subscription based app to get the best experience out of Pokémon HOME. Edit: -1 star for Legends Z-A update with no colourblind support still.
App is broken and you cannot use it to trade. Fix this thing, I pay monthly and cannot use it properly
at first the app was lovely and then they start to charge crazy amount for something you dont access daily. the lowest blow is if you have a lot of pokemon in boxes aside from the first one they keep them hostage until you pay.
Paying for a subscription to use the service's core function of moving Pokemon in and out of the server is understandable. However, not letting users even VIEW all Pokemon without a subscription is extremely disappointing and unreasonable. It does not make users want to keep Pokemon stored here if even the basic functioning of viewing all at any time, on a whim, is locked behind a subscription. It feels like all of my Pokemon (minus 30 in the Free box) are held hostage if I don't pay up.

I like the storage, and the premium is affordable. I wish you could specify wanting to trade for shiny pokemon though and you should be able to trade mythical pokemon as well.
