all they want is your money. the sbmm is rigged to make you want to keep playing hoping to get a win. i used to have the premium and I got wins all the time I stopped paying it and I instantly saw a change in the sbmm its not worth it. unless you spend money the game will punish you with ppl using the meta its very obviously pay to win and a predatory microtransaction money grubbing scheme horrible development dont do it if you value your time and money

It develops a frustrating player experience when these routine battle events are hosted every pack, but loss streaks are inevitable due to the constant threat of bricking. The real-world counterpart to the TCG offers this option for players so when they eventually start with a terrible hand, it's not an immediate loss drawn over 5 minutes of watching their opponent snowball them into a 0-3 match.

the match making is completely useless im level 26 or so by now and I majorly get vs with level 50 or higher. its not even fun at this point losing in 4 turns.
Not getting battle pack rewards for all my battle wins. Also you have the worst "contact support" of any game I have ever played. The amount of information requested & the time it takes to provide all that data add in the fact I only get a response by email is archaic!
The game UI feels very slow and unresponsive. Every time I open the home page or notifications, it reloads everything again instead of feeling smooth. Navigation should be faster and more optimized for a better experience
I played since it started the game glitched I uninstalled , went back to install and my progress is gone like I didnt even play the game at all
Everything is so slow. I don't really play the game anymore because the Devs are too cheap to make a smooth experience, the whole app feels cheap.
I deleted for a weak and when I went to log back in it said no saved data from the Gmail.
I finished loading it and it's not letting me go in the game

the card battling portion of this game is misery avoid it at all costs. I only do it so I can collect more cards but It might drive me to quit altogether. if you dont use the newest best cards every update you might as well give up turn 1
The cards are well done art wise but the game feels like it's designed to make you miserable as the things that win games tend to go against you (coin flips lol). The premade decks you can get from pulling cards are also really terrible, like genuinely infuriating with barely a semblance of viability. How do you expect to retain players when the rental decks are terrible lol, like testing new cards in bad decks doesn't make me feel like I really want to spend money to pull for the new cards.
1 star because of the Cyrus card. Sabrina is almost as bad but what a cop out of a way to win. A lazy weak person's card makes retreating near pointless.

Stay away from this game, it appears to be random but it's not, completely rigged, it will charm you with chase cards at first to make you feel good and engaged with the game, but then, they are completely gone, the game pairs you up with other players with a specific type of cards to counter you, and even when it doesn't counter you it makes you lose by not giving the cards you want or need, I get it it may happen from time to time, but this is not random or fair, save yourself from this game.
Deck/Coin manipulation when vsing the a.i has gotten worse it seems with the newest update. Takes the fun out of the game, not really worth it now.
Agent Kerry totally screwed me over. I traded cards I can't get back for cards of a certain expansion deck. Because they were part of the ex expansion they didn't register for extradimensional crisis. Agent Kary pretty much said tough luck on my part and that I couldn't do anything on my end to fix it or prevent it from happening. I spent so much money on this app what a total waste. Also thanks Agent Kerry and Dapple for threatening to cut me from contacting support because you couldn't bother
this game is so bad. the computer cheats constantly flipping heads almost every time. why does your rental deck count decrease even when you lose? why do the drop rates suck so much? seriously why does this game suck so much?
The game is still just coinflips. Was from the beginning and still is to this day. If you're seeking for any semblance of a skillful card game then you will not find it here.
I decided to stop playing. Looks like this game dont care about player experience. Never even improve the UI/UX since I downloaded. So many thing to improve and yet you did none.
It's a great and fun game but there's too many loading screens in the home screen and wonderpick so it's a bit annoying

it's fun opening packs and getting to see the full arts, but how can I go 19 turns without getting a single heads coin flip to get my pokemon out of sleep and yet the CPU flipped 90% or better for their turn. Random not being so random. update 5/6/26: literally just played a match, computer went 5 for 5 heads for a total of 290 damage in 2 turns, to my 2 for 9 flips for just 100 damage. What's the point of playing if the coins are rigged?
It just keeps getting worse. Incredibly slow animations, horrendous RNG battles, abysmal matchmaking, slimy card pull rates, the slimiest of overpriced "micro"-transactions, subscription models ugh, "randomized" wonder pick, unpredictable expansions of various size, INSANE power creep. Why don't you try to figure out how to add AI or NFTs to the app while you're at it. Surely there's more whale juice you can squeeze out of fans somewhere.
20 separate battles, 19 of them I'm stuck sitting around with every card that ISN'T USABLE until the other cards that would be needed before being able to, at the bottom of the deck. meanwhile, your opponent has a full bench, pulling usable cards left and right, and I only have the starter card in the active spot. I lose battles, not because of poor deck building, but for not being able to do anything until turn 10 or later. and don't get me started on the AI opponents.. total BS.
