Bring back the ability to mix and match spicy and regular chicken.
My order was stolen after using the app. you can only get help from their AI support. Someone else picked up my order before I got to the restaurant. They claim that someone faked my order confirmation. Now I have to wait for a refund from the app.
Popeyes chicken is fantastic but their app or support is a JOKE. I have been trying to get an agent and it refuses to let me without taking OR UPLOADING a picture of the issue and I have one to upload but it won't let me. So I can't tell them about the problem. THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK, CHAT OR ANYTHING WITH A HUMAN! 😡🤬
App sucks, doesnt let you pick sides in family meals, the rewards are not detecting. Quality control your apps before deploying!
When I added T-Mobile offer for $5 min purchase for a chicken sandwich. I added $6 and it does not work. It was great last few years and not the same in 2026
Promo code input location should be in the Checkout section. It absolutely braindead to put it in the menu section.
Avoid at all costs. The apps offers no customer support. If the app glitches and places an incorrect order you will not have a way to contact corporate to fix it. It will charge your credit card, and when you ask for support, the chat bot will acknowledge but never connect you with actual lives support. The physical store can't help you either. They literally tell you that it needs to be fixed through the app. I have six days trying to get a response through the app.
Why it is a lot cheaper to order 2pc in store on Tue than to use this app?
