they stole my money for the food I ordered on the app. when I got to the restaurant they informed me they didn't have food and had no way to refund me. They directed me to an AI chat who never responded back. I'm done with any company like that.
if you spend points on a reward, and the store doesn't have your reward item in stock, you get less points back than the item cost. so you STILL LOSE POINTS for the stores mismanagement.
The last couple of times as soon as I order for delivery the Doordash gets a different adress from this app. I didn't get my order two times in a row because the delivery guy refused to bring it to my adress(what I have on this app) since he got a different one. tried to report it a couple of times, nobody got back to me in a week.. Never use it again.

2817 US-287, Vernon, TX 76384 it's on the app, but it won't let me select it on the map. cannot find the new Popeyes on the map. In the app. Can I order? Delivery, our pickup. Please fix
apparently not getting some of the food you paid money for is unworthy of remediation... trash
customer service sucks
Every other fast food app I've used allows you to change location or cancel an order except this one. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location (30 miles away) then placed another order at the correct location and am still getting charged. I called the restaurant to pick up the food that I paid for a couple days later and wasn't able to get it.
Never wants to process the payments.
My second order in the app and instead of choosing my previous location, it automatically switched to a different location I've never ordered from, 200 miles away. No way to review the order or cancel, and no way to get a refund.
First you start charging 25 cents a piece for sauces that were free for decades, then you triple the price of sauces. I'm done.
can't pick my Popeyes for the location even though it shows on the app as it's there🙄
I'd give this company -10⭐. everything on the app costs more than the store prices and the deals costs more than the paper coupons
No stars they try to scam you with a free offer
they gave my food away to someone else, refused to remake it, and support isn't responding.
Food is good but I've placed orders on the app to tell me in just a minute that my order was ready. It was a $20 bundle so it was a pretty big order. We placed an order while we went shopping and we barely got to look around since we got notified it was ready. Once we got there, we were told it wasn't ready and they started working on it. Very misleading updates.
