Useable, cannot place an order
This will always be a 1-star app if you can't use gift cards on it!
App sends wrong information to the store and they make the wrong food then somehow it's your fault.
App fails more often than it works. At present, hasn't worked for 2 weeks. So every time I've thought Popeye's would be a good idea, I end up at McDogFood or making a PB&J.
Deals are only available via ordering on the app only. Can't redeem in store. Zero stars.
had to turn off the notifications. the amount of notifications of promotions of stuff is beyond stupid
App is useless. I try to use it and get an error message saying oops some of your card details blah blah blah yet I go on my card app and I have pending charges on there like it went through. Like I said useless can't get any online offers because of this and no rewards so I take my business elsewhere
can't order. app recognizes restaurant but wants a zip code for payment. I live in ontario canada. mary browns I guess
Doesn't allow me to cancel my order never going to visit Popeye's again
DO NOT USE THE APP!!! I entered the correct address for delivery, the address Popeyes gave Door dash was incorrect. Our food was delivered across the city. I have not been able to get in touch with a real human to process a refund and it's been 3 days of trying.
Please let people use popeyes gift cards on the app.
We need to redeem coupons at restaurants and pay there please.
this is the second worst designed fast food app ive ever used. love the food, this app pisses me off enough for me to leave a review
The order went through all of a sudden and pick up address was set at wrong restaurant. I went to go correct it immediately only to be met with no option at all. Even calling the reataurant with the order yeilds nothing as they are about as helpless as me regarding their ability to modify the order. The app is a pain to deal with so I will order it in the restaurants directly since they are amazing.
