this "canadian" app seemingly refuses google pay and directly input cards specifically ask for a zip code. localized by idiots.

I accidentally placed the order to my previous address instead of my current one. After contacting online support, I was told that orders cannot be canceled once placed. Charging a customer for an honest mistake and refusing to cancel the order is theft.
advertising deals that don't exist, order received by restaurant often different from the options I select, prices changing between menu and checkout. the WORST app of any fast food chain in Canada. horrendous job whoever made this. app also routinely freezes and shows a white screen when navigating between menus.
this app is absolutely garbage they say there is an error but charge your credit card 3 times. Then of course Popeyes won't refund you and make you dispute it through your bank. im done with Popeyes, Mary browns is better anyways

App sends wrong information to the store and they make the wrong food then somehow it's your fault.
App fails more often than it works. At present, hasn't worked for 2 weeks. So every time I've thought Popeye's would be a good idea, I end up at McDogFood or making a PB&J.
Deals are only available via ordering on the app only. Can't redeem in store. Zero stars.
had to turn off the notifications. the amount of notifications of promotions of stuff is beyond stupid
App is useless. I try to use it and get an error message saying oops some of your card details blah blah blah yet I go on my card app and I have pending charges on there like it went through. Like I said useless can't get any online offers because of this and no rewards so I take my business elsewhere
I ordered delivery and whole packaging was good until I opened the food. They forgot my biscuit, the wings were all soggy, the tenders were much smaller and had no crisp to it. I am really disappointed in them. if you go in person everything is as good as expected, but it switches when you order delivery, ugh.
reward points are uncollectible. app crashes often.
