Furthermore, they canceled the order themselves without my permission. This shows a betrayal of trust of common people. The office is not worthy of customer trust.

Don't buy from Popeyes. Scammers these lots. Ordered 12 piece wednesday special, they sent me two wraps instead. Called customer care 3 times. They said they cannot contact the restaurant. Later they said the manager will called. Didn't get any call, didn't get refunded.

Im very dissapointed, i ordered it for delivery later it shows as takeaway and the worst thing is they didnt refund my money,i got a message as track ur delivery it been an hour im waiting for my order than i called to coustmer care they said the order is i selected as take away how it happens

This is the worst service I have used this app in the last 2 months. There is no best offer in this. They are just advertising.
very stupid app please don't try to place orders through this platform they won't take responsibility for the service related issue and technical glitches and for any amounts deducted. I have placed an order on 29th March 2026, order has been cancelled due to technical glitch after debiting the amount. I have keep on called to customer care and raised multiple mails, still no response. its been more than one month, still I didn't get refund amount. kindly requesting all to never place orders.

I have been a regular Popeyes customer for over a year, but this experience was very disappointing. OTP was not received for more than 2 days after installing the app. I placed an order with 30 mins delivery time, but even after 2 hours it was still “preparing.” Customer care wait time was over 30 mins, and finally they said the store didn’t even receive my order. Very poor service. This is my last order.

scam of an app. Payment never goes through and order never gets placed. Coupons are also joke. Full scam App.
pathetic customer service. both chatbot and customer care just tells the status of the order shown on the app. utterly useless. And they mention misleading delivery time. No way to know the exact status of your order.
Absolutely pathetic service. This app is a complete scam. I placed a prepaid order, and it was conveniently marked “undelivered” with a false claim that my number was not reachable. No delivery attempt, no proper communication-just an easy way to avoid fulfilling theorder.Customer support is useless. They simply redirected me to the local restaurant, where the staff were rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. No one took responsibility. Even after raising a complaint no ACCOUNTABILITY

very bad app, don't use this to order. it's almost an hour since I ordered and it's not delivered yet. still it's showing 30 min to deliver. and the bad thing is there is no support too.
Extremely disappointing first experience with Popeyes. Today I placed my first takeaway order from Popeyes and ordered a chicken bucket combo that was supposed to include 4 drinks, but when I reached home and opened the package, only the chicken bucket was inside and all 4 drinks were missing. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of support. I tried calling the toll-free number, sending an email, and even raising the issue through the app, but there was no response or resolution.
