Please shut down your app as in most weekends your store put off on line delivery. In store also service is extremely slow.

fake offers and coupons. when I try to claim any coupon it's showing either offer not applicable or invalid coupon code and it is showing for literally every popeyes products.

One of the worst food outlet.They don't accept order online or even from outlet kiosk using credit card. You can order only from there that time available/remaining items from yesterday Upi is only option to pay no cash no card.

same items showing available when it's for dine in or delivery, but showing out of stock when it's for take away. what a way to deny customers
chicken was not good too much oily i can taste the oil i had to remove the coating from chicken and the chicken was flavourless. the delivery partner took the rating as soon as he arrived lol so i had to come here for review. dont buy from here there are better options
very bad experience don't use anyone
Wrong orders were delivered multiple times. Also really slow and non responsive customer support these guys have. After messing up the orders, food was delivered stale and cold. Also a few items were missing while delivery. Absolute horrible experience. Would highly recommend not to order from the app, instead use some other delivery options.
coupon works for only selected items. not satisfied. if you want to become famous you need to reduce the price. totally not worthy

I ordered a burger meal and when it was delivered it doesn't have drinks in it and when I call customer service they didn't do nothing they just said the outlet will call you later and then I didn't get any call from the outlet and when I call delivery partner they become very rude ...and now talk about burger meal the burger was very dry the chicken inside the burger is the worst. chiken I have eaten in my life and in app they show medium chicken popcorn but when it was delivered it's regular

Before order anything from this restaurant, kindly check the bill in detail. They have added taxes 2 times & packaging charges is also very high compare to other restaurants. Don't waste your money order from them

NEVER USE THE POPEYES APP: My order get delayed, i thought it's common. so i just tried to contact customer care through chat, no use. it never connects. even i tried to call them, after few minutes of call, it will went blank, no response. How can anybody reach when we have issue. even if late response i can understand but completely blank meaning what the hell. i already sent a mail to wecare@ but no use
Tried Popeyes at Inorbit Mall and came away with one big question: how many ways can chicken be repackaged before customers get bored? The crispy coating was doing all the heavy lifting. Once that was gone, I was left chewing through huge chunks of meat that felt dry, stale, and surprisingly uninspiring. For a brand famous for its chicken, that's quite an achievement. Worst experience of the delivery and also with the food, it took more than one and half hour to deliver food which is just 2.5 km away because of which food was cold and on top of it it didn't taaste fresh
Tastes like KFC. This is not a compliment. The local KFC at Saket is horrible, tastes of old over used oil & their food is obviously reheated & tastes 12 hours old. popeyes was good until first few months but it tastes exactly as the KFC. The quality has significantly gone down & it seems like they've purchased all their stock. pathetic. Deleting the app and never ordering again.

The minimum ability of this app should be to track your order. This piece of (cr)app can't do it. it'll say order not found once it's dispatched. the customer support only tells you this has been going on for the last two weeks.
