Lots of issues with empty pages, and just a weak app overall. I asked them to delete my data 2 months ago and still waiting. AVOID. They don't care about data privacy.

lt is a nightmare to order on this app, never have the same issues elsewhere. At the final payment step the app just completely froze, Google Pay will load for 2 minutes and cancel, when you select pay by card or PayPal nothing happens, and then the app will delete everything in the basket forcing you to start all over again. The "Home" tab in the app is also totally blank. Absolute worst app out of all popular fast food chains.
Awful - constant timeouts and never works, can never use discounts
Really bad app. My breakfast offer was going to expire, but it cannot load the offer page correctly. Just after the breakfast time has gone, the offer page loaded successfully. Apparently, it tried to stop people using the offer.

This app is the worst thing ever. Can't find the location by typing in a city. Try to load an offer and it says something has gone wrong. Uninstalling complete waste of time!!!
Apps OK, if sluggish. Service in restaurant though, is diabolical. Waited more than 30 mins in a near empty Popeyes for food to turn up - would have been quicker to go to a supermarket then go home and cook it myself.

Ordering is a nightmare. App hangs when you order, even if you restart the app. App doesnt let you order from home to pick up 'because youre too far away'. Offers helpfully dont work if you dont use the app, meaning you have to deal with its awful design. Last time im ordering from here. I just want to order from home to pick up, not order near the store and wait another 20 minutes.
I was trying to order a pick-up order (with a 10% off offer on the app). After I entered my payment details, the app just stated I'm not near the store and just froze on that page: can't go back, can't "view order", "confirm option" button dimmed. At the end, I went to the store. The app still froze on the same page and of course they received no order. I had to order everything again on the spot and no discount.

app has great deals, but when you can't complete an order, which seems to happen more often than not, the staff are completely unable or unwilling to help.
Could be a lot more user friendly. Should be more options to use in the shop as in pay in the shop, for any rewards you have got rather than on the App. Quite often I can't get it to work.

popeyes food is great, but this app doesn't work! I've lost £20 of discount over 2 occasions no resolution ever received!
Thanks for making me stay hungry by ensuring that I cannot use discount code which can only be used exclusively in app but not allowing payment via card or Google pay as jyst get oops something went wrong message, you cannot have app exclusive discounts and refuse to take payment, get this fixed, guess someone else is having my money today for food because your company clearly doesn't want to

Broken app after update. Order cannot gp through as it kept on spinning under great reception at the restaurant. Please fix your app!
After 2 years I'm deleting Popeye's App as I've stopped going there altogether.. They are going backwards in my opinion (which means nothing) they've sucked us in with good deals and choices and now that they've cemented themselves they are slowly reversing it all. One example= They only sell leg and thigh on the bone now!!! Even the local independent chicken shops offer better options. Anyway goodbye and good cluck

For some reason when I try and open the app it makes my phone screen flash continuously until it then goes onto the playstore app instead? tried resetting my phone and uninstall ingredients and downloading again but still the same. a little disappointing.
has been fine till recently, at first when I tried to claim a deal the app would crash, I tried multiple times and couldn't get past it. I then reinstalled the app and now every time I try to login it also crashes.
