I applied for a job on June 9th and paid ₹499. The document approval process is still pending; it was stated that this would be completed within 10 days or the money would be refunded. However, neither have the documents been approved nor have I received a refund. I am unable to get through to customer care at all. Does document approval really take this long? What should I do?
The rate is too low don't use this app because they are decreasing trip fair so don't use
सबसे घटिया कंपनी पोर्टर यह कंपनी आपको बहुत कम किराया देती यह पिक अप का ड्रॉप मिलकर 15 किलोमीटर के 100 रुपया देती है उसमें से 7% अपना कमीशन कटती है फिर 15 कमी का आरएस 30 का पेट्रोल जाता है फिर रिटर्न में फेरा मिला तो मिला वरना दूर जगह कहींऔर मिलता है इसमें आपको को घर जाने का ऑप्शन नहीं पोर्टर मेंअपनी मर्जी से काम नहींकर सकते आपकी बाइक का मेंटेनेंस बहुतआएगा 4 से 6 महीने में आपके टायर और ट्यूब खराब हो जाए और आप मॉर्निंग में 200 का पेट्रोल भरवा लो जब आप 50 से 55 किमी तब आपके 200 पेट्रोल के निकलेंगे

this is a worst app I have never seen like this app in my life I have paid amount for the I'd and I didn't receive the I'd from 1.5 year still I didn't receive the I'd and amount also I didn't receive if any one in trying to install this app please don't install this app this is a worst app rapido is the better from this app

please remove multiple stop, just give one stop, multiple stops very loss and wasting much time

Dear Support Team, My account is still showing "Document approval delayed due to verification issues". As per the message in the app, verification was supposed to be completed within a maximum of 10 working days. However, it is now almost 10 days, and my account is still not activated. Auto Tuning is a big problem for this App so giving only 2 Star please remove auto Tuning from tha app one more problem is when customer cancel order after reaching the location no amount will be given so please ensure it and add some charges this kind of customer. such as you are remove Riders id when the cancel the order.
