I felt cheated; the booking team misled me, and then the customer team told me to do whatever I wanted. I asked them while booking if the shifting service was provided by your own people or a third party. They clearly said it was their own. A day before, a local person called me and said he was the assigned person and a local packer and mover. When I confronted the porter, they were very clear to say this is how we operate; if you want to cancel, then go ahead and cancel.

There was no accountability or proper response even after multiple follow-ups. Very unprofessional handling of the service and not reliable at all for important deliveries. I would not recommend Porter to anyone looking for dependable transport or logistic
Worst delivery experience. My order was cancelled 5 times by Porter’s delivery partners without any reason or information. After that, My account got suspended because of those cancellations. Customer support simply asked me to wait 24 hours. Very unprofessional service, poor support, and unreliable delivery partners. Also, avoid keeping money in the Porter wallet as your account can get blocked anytime. Never using Porter again.
Booked a Packers & Movers service. While loading the goods, they broke my bed frame. Complained immediately but took several attempts to get an update on the damage control but got compensated 1/5th cost of the bed. The bed can't be transported anymore as it is most likely to break completely. The team just conveniently said it was a minor damage and offered pennies.
Total failed app, there is no track for the receiver once the sender is booking the material. the porter serviceman has given wrong number also the tracking is not possible through the application because it is showing the fake number and the fake identity of the porter serviceman porter doesn't have any answer for this and this has been repeated for last five deliveries. fake app fake people no escalation Matrix available.
Very bad experience with Porter. The parcel was supposed to be delivered in 30-40 minutes, but the rider kept going to other places for multiple deliveries and did not answer calls properly. Delivery took almost 1 hour 40 minutes, yet the full amount was charged. There was no proper emergency support option in the app, and customer support later refused any refund. Very disappointing service and poor customer handling.
Very disappointing experience with Porter. I had already paid the driver and also shared the payment receipt as proof, yet my account was blocked without proper verification. Even after showing clear evidence of payment, the support team keeps asking me to pay again for the same ride, which is completely unfair. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep sending repetitive responses. This kind of customer support destroys trust in the platform. Extremely poor service and account handling.”

Enke driver maal lod kr ke jyada paesse ki dimand krte hai or nhi Dene pr order cancel kr dete hai yeh bol kr ki maal jyada hai. Cample krne pr bhi koe sunwae nhi hoti waha se log bolte hai order cancel hogya hai aap unlod kr lo.aaj hi mere sath hua. kitni mehnat lagta hai lod or unlod krne me un bhikhari driver ko kya pata hai

coustomer care no proper answer& solution for any problem.....Customer service These people only pass time with us. And only give promises. They do not give any concrete solution. No matter how many times you call the customer service, they do not give you a satisfactory solution. Rapido app is providing better and cheaper service than this...
Worst service ever. Even after making the payment, the driver is still saying that the amount is not showing in his account. I already raised a complaint, but Porter did not take any action. The driver falsely claimed that he did not receive the payment. Because of this poor experience, I have uninstalled the app, and I will also request others not to use this company. Very disappointing service.
Not a reliable service. It feels like anyone with a truck can get registered with this company, and many of them have little understanding of how to properly transport goods. On top of that, if you accidentally share your phone number through the Porter application, be prepared for relentless automated marketing calls - at least 4 calls a day in my experience.

The app should maintain transparent pricing and fair rates for regular customers. Because of high charges, I’m considering other delivery options.”
