Yeah let's deactivate listings good job posh. This company can't make up there minds. First you don't want us to delist items.... you got in trouble. Now you have inactive listings after 60 days. honestly I have 2000+ items.... you don't value my time that's for sure. posh feels like Its ran by people who don't understand how the resale world works in 2026. I have 5 stores im busy enough

the new app is not good.
The Ai interface update has ruined the app and shopping experience. As someone who doesn't participate in the live shows and auctions, everything I did do is stripped of the social media aspect and the Ai curation is garbage. I'd leave 0 stars if I could and I'll probably switch to mercari or depop
The most recent updates have been HORRIBLE!!! They get worse each time. Stop trying to fix what's not broken and go back to the simpler format. It literally sucks to use Poshmark now!
I posted my first listing two days ago and it is still not showing up in my closet. It says that I have one listing, but I can't see or edit it. I am currently waiting for a reply from support. Also, the items in my feed are all sizes, despite me going through and adding preffered sizes for all categories. What is the point of adding size preferences? Vinted is much easier to use. update: it's been 3 weeks and no reply. trying to delete my account but of course I have to go through support...
Non-existent customer service. It takes days to get an AI response to emails.

I've contacted support many times over the last two months and the stupid AI tells me to do the same things that never fix my issue. None of my items are being seen in the feed confirmed by family that follow me! When contacted byb a human they only ask for a screen shot of something no one can see. Since the new update they ruined the system. How can I sell if nothing goes to my followers through feed only to my closet. Constantly frustrated with lack of quality support. As in none! Just AI.

extremely difficult to find anything. very hard to shop. filters don't work. waste of time
new cancelation policy disproportionately affects small time/hobby sellers negatively. sellers need to cancel orders sometimes and shouldn't need permission or be penalized for it. buyers don't need the items they are buying on this app, it's all trash & nonsense. disappointing, posh making a petty, greedy money move like this.
this app has been hacked. be careful with your information. after I created a listing I got a ton of emails from scammers about my listing. when I contacted support I got scam emails back about it right away. all of them had links to click. this app is not safe!!
The update removed the option to filter boutique vs private seller, which has flooded search results with fast fashion garbage.
new review. your search algorithm sucks no matter how you search now. do it by women, brand, what type of items you want,my size color, Nope you will never find what you are looking for and also the search includes outside my size by a lot, kids and men's items. search at the bar by the exact it you want & nope no luck there either. you get other sizes, brands, genders, ages. this app is horrible now, it is exhausting,posh does not care about this nor do they care about fakes or price gouging.

as a Seller it's a rip off!! my most recent sale, was for $220.00 Poshmark Fee. -$44.00 !!!!!! $44 . that's the last thing I sale thru them!! deleting all my postings and won't ever deal with them again !!
There are constant bugs with this version. It closes on its own, it displays error messages, it freezes up, it doesn't refresh. I hope there's an update to fix all these issues soon.
Not a fan of their new updates. There's less traffic on my page. Also, you can't share items without clicking on the actual listing, then selecting the share option. The entire layout sucks.

acct suspended and needs verification. Try to verify acct and Now PayPal sends me a code notification to change password. poshmark chat says they NEED THIS CODE. No, you do not need tge code that PayPal sent me.
Beware of counterfeits! Unable to change ratings. I was scammed. Bought a counterfeit dress. It's just Topshop, I didn't think it would be a fake. I didn't know it at the time and gave it a 5 star. Now I can't change the rating. I no longer have confidence shopping on Poshmark.

NOW ITS COMPLETE GARBAGE AND NOT IS SELLING ANYTHING. Poshmark used to be "cool". You could shop easily from people just trying to make a few $ from stuff they don't use anymore. The app was great, and was easy to use. Now the entire layout of the app sucks. Poshmark is FULL of resellers & the stupid posh parties, and ads galore. And the sellers are over the top for prices.
Recent update is affecting push notifications and I no longer have the option to request sold notifications by text.
Just like every other update, they ruin more & "fix" what isn't broken. They brought back bulk share which is the smartest thing they ever did since their ratings plummeted after removing it but now they've screwed up pic editing. Every single picture of every previous post listed is all screwed up & off centered. All that time editing 12+ pics per THOUSANDS of listings was wasted now cause they're all off center & grainy. Why did you mess with the pic editing!? THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!!
I love Poshmark and previously preferred the app over anyone else. I hate the change, it no glides without issue. The page starts jumping if my finger touches it briefly. please fix the issues or im out.
I'm deleting my account and this app. The worst sellers on the internet are all there. They'll block you for asking if they could wash a clothing item to see if the stains will come out like they say. Then they proceed to harass you and you can't respond. And if you block them in return their messages still get through. I'm sick of people that send an offer then don't send the item after you accept the offer. Poshmark could be great but they cater to bad sellers.
I'm not liking the update. Bring back the SHOP button. I don't know how to search for the things that I want to buy. This was a bad update. BRING BACK THE SHOP BUTTON. You would think that would be the most important button. You want people to SHOP right?
Please fix the newest update. I can't seem to crop or adjust photos when listing a new item. The images are out of frame or too zoomed in and can't be fixed. It's keeping me from posting items for sale. Super frustrating.

The new update is terrible! FINALLY found my saved searches at the bottom of my search history and now it's not even there anymore! I have pretty much given up buying anything on this app! Back to eBay for me! Whoever is responsible for this disaster should be fired!

I can't with the new update!! It is terrible, not user friendly at all. Go back to the way it was. The app looks cheap and looks like we're shopping online from the 90s. Sometimes change is good, but with Poshmark, change was a bad idea. I have decided that Poshmark is not for me anymore and uninstall the app.
I dont recommend selling on this site, they do not care about the sellers. . Over 1,800 items in my closet. I sold a $250.00 vase,( before I could even print the label, they had taken their money out of my previous sales from a different item I have to wait for my item sold to be mailed, delivered, and 3 days before I get paid but they get their money immediately. I had a return on barbies, I had witness& video proving 1 was missing. Now I am missing rare doll from collection
this update is terrible top 3 most frustrating things 1. the ai assist keeps changing my edits back to the ai suggestions when listing items for sale 2. you cannot easily share listings 3. you can't scroll through the items you previously liked bc "whoops! we're not sure what happened there...:
The search function on the new app doesn't work at all. Almost none of the filters are actually applied to the search results. Even basic selections like gender, size or condition don't work anymore.
Newest update is so glitchy it makes searching difficult and finding anything in your liked items nearly impossible. If you scroll through your likes for more than a screen or two it freezes and you have to start over.
