I have tried to contact support 3 times now to delete my account and 1 person refused to delete my account when I told them everything was paid up & done and they had the nerve to basically tell me no. keep it up and I'll change my bank information and then sue you guys for not doing what I asked. GET IT DONE NOW!

They are horrible when they charge you for borrowing and the process goes through. And you go to your bank and make sure that you got charged. And everything and they sell the other side of the story. These guys are horrible people
Scam, even if you log in with your email it says you have to recover your account details and give the. access to your phone number. when you do that they send you a text telling you what email your accounts under and state all to obviously (we don't sell your information)
Beware. it says application takes 30 minutes. Mine took 10 hours and they run your credit. Use MoneyLion instead

Needs to be called impossible!!!! Been trying to get logged in through my bank through plaid with this stupid app for hours and I don't know what this app's problem is, but can't be done so screw this stupid app.I'll go elsewhere! This is ridiculous!!!!!
i took one loan out paid back early now I can't get approved say need a positive balance which I have but isn't that part of having a loan is when you are short of cash to get extra cash I wouldn't ask for extra cash if I didn't need it also every single day it asks me to reconnect my bank account and I do waited almost a whole month and still can't get a loan will change the review from two star to five star once this error is fixed If it is not fixed in the next week I will be deleting this
Going on 3 hours and still no response regarding loan request. Tried to withdraw the request but it won't let me. Unlinked my bank account and uninstalled app. What a waste of my time

applied during the pandemic, got approved, got stuck but, still managed to pay it off - told me to re-apply 3 months later, did that TWICE & was STILL declined - don't make a promise to help an existing customer if you won't even honor it #SomeOfUsJustNeedAYes #NobodyHasPerfectCredit #IfTheyNeedToBorrowMoney
this money app sucks!!! by the time it shows you have paid the loan back even though it shows payment cleared in your bank account it still takes these guys a working week to show clear with them. then on top of that by the time you can take another loan out with them the due date is right around the corner already. what's the point of even getting the loan with them then. I recommend any other money app than these guys.
Tried to find out what states Possible+ is available in, but they force you to take a loan out to learn anything. Tried to go to their help center online, it takes me to the app to get a loan. I just want to know if my state is a state they can operate in. PayDay loans are banned in many states because they are deceptive practices.

BECAUSE WITH THE COMPLAINTS THAT I READ THERE'S A PROBLEM HERE ALSO THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANSWERING THEIR NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND IF IT DROPS YOUR CREDIT SCORE DUE TO THEIR MISTAKES THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM AND MESSING PEOPLE UP
does not work with Chime bank. but waited until it had my ss #, and email to tell me. now I'm worried it's a scam, and the dark web has my info now boo 👎
They may not tell you but they punish you for paying back early. I think I borrowed less than 300 twice. I paid it back within a week both times. I tried again and was denied stating I was a high risk. Nothing change in my bank account. luckily I don't need it. I had to email them to get my account deleted. make sure you don't pay back early within a week and you might be able to keep borrowing.

After a year, it still won't let me log in. Never got the text code, email code, or phone call to reset my password!
I been on the wait list for years still nothing
It was good until it wasn't. my card was lost so I tried to link my new card to the account now payments are not accepted
