App would not open up, phone started heating up and doing odd things after I installed it. Not a good sign. Be VERY careful about downloading this app.

I don't understand why mobile banks exist and then these other institutions won't accept them. don't waste your time.
I'm disappointed in this app. They hype everyone up with their advertisement. Then you apply and nothing. I am working on my third attempt, after the first two attempts expired without being approved or denied. And a word of advice for anyone looking to use this application if you have a joint account don't bother. And I really think it's because I only have one bank account and it's a joint account.
I paid off my loan and requested my account to be closed and they're still asking for more money. what a scam
The app is buggy and will endlessly have connection issues when trying to get a cash advance offer. Always paid my offers early or on time and yet they still have nothing to offer me and support can't fix the error.

So you can link multiple banks right? 🤔 but they ONLY run the one you link through plaid, (you're able to link with Account/Routing) Garbage company; stay away 🤷♂️

A complete waste of time just wants to get your info. These types of apps don't belong on here because they're scams
I dont think ive ever actually recieved a loan, and ive tried using this app for years.

Have used this app for about half a year now and have been approved for, and paid back, 3 loans. Every single payment has been on time, but I have seen no increase in my credit report despite that. The cherry on top is when I reapply, my borrow amount only goes up a measly $5-$10 despite my consistency and my income increasing, which feels insultingly low to even offer me. Will not be applying or using this app any further.

Not pending, posted, but the app says they're still processing my final payment. What in God's name takes so long? Fix this issue and I'll happily bump my rating up! Edit: It has now been a full 7 days and the app is still saying my final payment is being processed...
it won't let me enter my bank account it just says link and account but it won't open
The app itself is great. it's trying to repay a missed payment that I have issues with. I've made several attempts to make my final payment (with several payment methods), all of which go through, but have failed every time
a lot of the reviews say no subscription fees. got approved and immediately brought to a page for a $15 subscription agreement. that's ridiculous considering all the other flaws noted in these reviews.
