warum muss ich mir diese dreckige APP runterladen, nur um an mein Paket zu kommen?
Leider klappt das Tracking seit einer Weile nicht mehr zuverlässig. Es werden Benachrichtigungen angezeigt die nicht zu dem in der App angezeigten Lieferstatus passen. Z.b. kam eine Benachrichtigung dass ein Paket in Zustellung ist, die App zeigte 'Paket in der Region des Empfängers angekommen' und dann plötzlich 'Ihr Paket wurde beim Nachbarn angegeben'. In der Vergangenheit hat das Tracking mal funktioniert, jetzt ist es unbrauchbar und verwirrt nur.
Bitte um Möglichkeit beim Frankieren eine Empfängeradresse per Copy Paste einzufügen. Das würde unendlich zeit und tippen sparen. (Wie es in der Hermes App möglich ist) Es fehlt auch der Maxibrief per Code zum Beschriften und viel zu oft funktioniert die Google Pay Zahlung nicht (wird einfach manchmal nicht als Option angezeigt)

for a big copmany as DHL it is a shame to have such a horrible app. To pickup your package from some packstations you need this app.after putting your data it will require a 'verification'. you'll try but nothing will happen. then you will need to wait to get a code per Post or you call the AI support which will ask the same data for verification you've already put there. and then it will name you a code to enter to get the package. Why are you doing this so difficult?
Ordered something online, Got an info to pickup the package on a Packstation, I have to input my PLZ but the app says my PLZ is wrong everytime.. something wrong with the way you are formatting your data/numbers.. Tried to contact DHL, their website is trash, no direct message only Dumb FAQs with no real answer.. 1 Star

Ich schicke ein Paket 5 Minuten bevor der Fahrer an der Adresse eintrifft. Er meinte, die Adresse sei falsch. Am nächsten Tag lieferte er Pakete an dieselbe Adresse, nur meines fehlte. Wir baten um eine Umleitung des Pakets, erhielten aber keine Antwort. Wir riefen an, konnten aber niemanden erreichen. Wir schrieben eine E-Mail.Aber es gibt keine Antwort; die Kommunikation gestaltet sich sehr schwierig, und von Ihnen kommt keine Hilfe.
The app is not available in english so it's very difficult to use this app. It's not at all useful for me or someone new in Germany.

Die App kann leider nicht mehr zum Abholen verwendet werden, wenn keine aktive Internetverbindung vorliegt. "Sicherheit" gemacht von Echsperten. Wer erinnert sich noch, als die DHL-Karte alleine reichte?
Es ist eine Schande, dass so eine App nicht auf Englisch verfügbar ist. Ich kann ja verstehen, dass man zu faul ist, i18n zu implementieren, aber nicht einmal eine universelle englische Sprachoption anzubieten, ist ein echtes Armutszeugnis für den Entwickler.
die App muss dringend überarbeitet werden. sie lädt gar nicht selbst wenn ich zehn Minuten warten und wenn sie geladen hat Zeigt sie mir plötzlich gar keine Pakete an obwohl sie zuvor eingetragen wurde.

Retrieving package from App-Controlled Packstation is complete disaster. They want you to scan code with your phone camera when at station. I did not receive physical code in mail, only in this app. Obviously not possible to point phone's camera at same phone's screen! They offer entering 16 digit code manually. Since it is not possible to see code from Verfolgen Screen of App during code entry, you have to get creative! Why enter code at all when code already in App is mystery!
No vidible option to change the language. I udneftsnd DHL is German, but if you're shipping to other countries, you would expect at least to have the option of using English.

The worst app that I have ever used.
How does this app have a "4.3/5" rating, when all feedback says that it doesn't work. The app is bloated and overcomplicated. It trades "security" for usability to the point where it is entirely unusable. Most people seem to want to use the Packstations. Make an app just for that. Keep It Simple!
only in german. don't even bother using DHL as they're not obviously international company.

Still struggling after weeks to activate the Packstation service, which is probably the only reason to use this app as pretty much everything else can be done through the web interface. Calling customer service has not worked. They now only direct me to an online form where I can explain my issue, but no matter how many messages I send I get no response.
used to be kind of good but now it's just annoying. sad. I will go back to get my parcels personally or from the shop.

I literally paid for the parcel to be delivered and not to be locked in a locker which asks for 100 different things to open up. why is such a simple thing so complicated for no reason at all.
parcels NEVER get directed to where I instruct them to be delivered unless it suits the delivered guy on the day, travelling 3-5km after a 16 hour day is not what I like doing to pick up my post when there are 3 post drop off points within 300m of my home address!!!
I don't understand anything, it's all in German. How do you change the language to English??????

So eine schlecht programmierte App die ERFORDERLICH ist um mein Paket aus der Paketstation zu holen! Die Verifizierung funktioniert wenn überhaupt nur nach mehreren Versuchen und mir wird einfach kein code zum abholen angezeigt wenn ich auf im Menü Packstation auswähle. Die Einstellungen der push Nachrichten bleiben auch nicht bestehen wenn man die App verlässt. Kundenservice konnte mir selbst am Telefon nicht weiter helfen und hat einfach aufgelegt.

Nur die Hälfte der Pakete erreicht den Empfänger. Das ist empörend; höchstwahrscheinlich werden die Pakete einfach gestohlen
useless app how can an app not have the option to change the language in other languages other than german.....
Absolute garbage now. Keeps signing me out for inactivity after mere seconds, making it impossible to scan parcel numbers to paste them into the app.
Technische Probleme bei der Passauthentifizierung
It actually creates more issues , it only proves that germany is still in Medievel times consider digitalization..for your own sanity dont touch it. I thought about adding list of problems but there is only 500 letters i can add and after use all possible space and noticing im not even in half so i just drop it down.. and again i used it like 3 times and only i got was frustration and anger
DHL is now having packet stations without screens, so the only way to get YOUR THINGS is to use your own phone with your own data, get their stupid app and worst of all connect to a random bluetooth. Anyone with an ounce of knowledge in privacy knows that allowing random bluetooth connections in a public transited area is very unsafe. Nothing better than a mandatory app shoved down your throat in which you subsidized part of the service, so company can save a few euros per station.

Crashes instantly
Integration bzw Einrichtung der Packstation funktioniert nicht. Link "Packstation bereits eingerichtet" wird angezeigt, lädt kurz und es passiert nichts. Beim Versenden via packstation wird man gefragt ob das Etikett bereits auf dem Paket klebt. Bei Auswahl von "Nein" wird man ohne jegliche Info warum zurück ins Hauptmenü gebracht. QR-Code nicht scannbar.
