This apps sometimes takes almost 10 trials before a transaction goes through, once you go to your Mobile bestsign before you come back to complete your transaction everything has disappeared. Not recommended very frustrating to use
Now: crashes on open a transaction. (Moto G 82). Never had such a bad app.

Leider ging mein bestsign nicht mehr, neue Aktivierung angefordert, Brief kam. Aktivierung online und mit bestsign app nicht möglich. Dann Postbank app zusätzlich installiert auch dort nicht möglich. Anleitung stimmt m. E. n. Nicht. Unter '...' kann ich leider beim bestsign Verfahren keinen aktivierungscode eingeben. Es geht um das Konto meines Vaters, wenn das mein Konto wäre, würde ich hoffentlich irgendwo anrufen können.

Now postbank online banking is poor, because is always technical problem about three weeks now l can not use my online banking why am planimg to change my bank.

In other bank there is only one app and one password.. If you have veery good complex password why is this second step of best sign approval even needed.. Unnecessary... I will change to Sparkasse only because of this..

Verify with BestSign > verify > Nothing happens! 1) Open Postbank 2) Log-in 3) Enter details to transfer money 4) Told to verify in BestSign app 5) Open BestSign 6) Verify transaction 7) Switch back to Postbank 8) "What transaction?" Useless. update; unfortunately, I only speak English so can't use the recommended phone number 😥
I had an account problem and I called the customer care twice today with absolutely no help from them. The first lady who I talked to, I asked very politely if she speaks english bcoz my German isnt that good. She replied " Nein, das ist ein Deutsches Bank" and directly closed the line. The 2nd, I got another lady, and I asked the same and got told that, " Wir dürfen nicht auf English sprechen". You are happy to take money from frigging foreigners but it somehow isnt of your comfort to help thm
bar code dosent work
it's stupid that I have to use this app for this and my husband can't do it on the computer. I don't think apps are safer... he doesnt want the app on his old phone, he wants to use the computer and the aproval link up didn't work over the computer.....he now can not Transfer money at all on a computer. He will be contacring postbank.
l filled out all my personal details.Then l had to scan my ID card. First the front part with my photo on it. l took the picture, and it said the picture of it is no good, although the result was good. l tried a couple of times more and the same answer. l opted for speaking with an agent. l spoke with the agent and showed him my I.D card. Then the call was disconnected. Another three more agents called me and it was immediately disconnected. Right now l can't open an account in this app.

Overall it works. The message box is a mess and finding out about interest rates for existing accounts is impossible.

Good morning everybody. I have a complaint about user interface. First i want to say please stop updating app if it works good.It's about online Kontoabrechnung und auszug. It's is totally messed up. Search by period not working at all. Honestly i am expecting my papers follow each other by date and now it's just randomly. For example first one is may and next one is august. So you need some time to find what you need. So my offer is just make it by year and month in order and fix search engine
Also... Ich finde die App ja eigentlich super. Einfach zu bedienen, etc. Bis man sein Passwort mal vergisst. Die Funktion Passwort vergessen lässt jedes Handy in meinem nächsten Kreis an Familie abstürzen. (Insgesamt auf 4 Handys ausprobiert.) Wäre das kein Problem wären es mehr Sterne.
I don't know... The latest update addresses totally unnecessary things, like overcomplicating internal transfers with Multi-Screen / step approach, which was the least problematic function in the app before and used by me really regularly. Are the Postbank app devs or consultants really focused on the real problems, besides bling bling and fancy 3-4 step swiping wat used to be 1-2 step op?
Die Sprache der App war früher immer deutsch unabhängig der Systemsprache. Das ist nun anders. Die App ist in englisch und lässt sich unabhängig vom System nicht auf deutsch umstellen. Zumindest nicht intuitiv. Das ist ein großer negativer Punk auch wenn es früher positive Verbesserungen gab. Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Zumindest unter 'Xiaomi HyperoS 1.0.4.0.UKMCNXM' im 'App Version' Menü gibt es keine Möglichkeit zu Auswahl der Sprache.
