Infuriating as I've won nothing WARNING IF YOU THINK YOU'LL WIN I've had anyware from £1K to £5K in here and I've never had any benefit from this app. I would have better returns if I put it in a normal current account. So disheartening as my colleague has won over £1000 in total prizes. edit it's been more then a year and still nothing.

didnt understand a word
not good - takes too long. needs to be simpler.
I was trying to change my password. But I am foiled having tried numerous times because I cannot see the security code you send. What app is it sent to me? Is it messenger, email or WhatsApp
app forgot my login details when it updated. emails don't tell you your login number, no wonder so many people lose their accounts and don't claim prizes. do better.

absolutely useless without registering first, my premium bond is from 1973, so I can't even check my number because NS&I want to keep any prizes?
This app will only check for recent wins. I want to check for historical wins.
I installed the app. on my Galaxy S24 but can't use it because none of the text, the 'Set up' text in particular will NOT scroll so I can't enter anything. Very disappointed, so I'll have to continue using the on-line prize checker.

Refreshes everytime you switch to a different app making it very difficult to login when my details are copied from a password vault
It's a scam, I put there 30k and I got nothing for 4 months. I would have good 1500 in gold stock by now with no risk whatsoever. I'll be moving money from there, better to have 1500-20% tax than nothing.
No longer working, complete waste of time
I can't log on, my phone reception isn't good before they'd send me a text ,now for some reason they ring.They used to send an email to tell you if you won now they don't bother

Although Play Store says that this App is installed it doesn't appear in my App Locker OR in the list of apps in settings. The only way I can open it is through Play Store. Isn't it about time that the snivel servants of the UK actually did some work, instead of just sitting at home on their fat subsidised back sides and PRETENDING that they are working?
Lousy unable to even enter my number, why make it so complicated, it was so easy before.
Does not allow you to buy or see your balance and bonds. Not very useful.
Not very easy to navigate

First time I used it. It asks you to create a pin and then to re-enter it. But nothing happens when you try to re-enter it. So I have to skip. Not a great start
Comes up with message saying something has gone wrong. Reinstalled..... same problem.... useless....I give up.

This isn't available ony S22 for some reason? The NS&I website is hideous to navigate and thought the app might be easier. Turns out I can't use it on a newer phone?!?!
Was fine, now just stopped working this month. Week now just flashes up 'sorry something gone wrong' Three weeks later, still same message. So, uninstalled and back to working again. Fingers crossed. Back to 5 stars Stopped working again. Useless.
Past draw info doesn't update correctly. No push alerts, and difficult to load. There's also a random video to watch before you can see the latest prize awards.

Yet again an app update has removed/lost my authentication details. Not impressed.
find it really hard to reestablish my prize checker. nothing i do solves the problem. I love the security but its NOT user friendly!
App is very basic and doesn't even appear in the app drawer, so you have to open it each time from the play store
Limited function app showing whether you won or not. Needs to display at least the basic information: how many bonds held and their value, in order to be useful. Even bond purchases can be made easy, by enabling the purchase of new bonds through the app. Developers can and should do more in order to make the app of any use. I gave the extra star for at least letting me know if I win any prizes.
Does it only go back 6 months or have I missed something?
