I have been very disappointed with my experience. As a user of a Samsung S26 Ultra, I expected to utilize the app to its full potential; however, several premium features are incompatible with my device. It is frustrating to pay for a service that I cannot fully use due to lack of optimization for current flagship hardware.

I have a paid subscription and The app keeps crashing on me, I can't even open it. I tried everything like clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling. This is absolutely ridiculous. there's always so many bugs with this app which is unfortunate because there's a lot of really good filters

They should tell you that this app is not free prior to the download. They rope you in with a survey and try to get your credit card information. This is so scammy. Please consider best practices when conducting business and stick to full transparency from the get go.
Sneaky subscription offer, thought I was on a free trial, cancelled my monthly subscription as it's not what I expected and my subscription doesn't expire until 12 months. Paying $19.99/m for something I am not going to use. Criminal.
While i did love this app for the filters and effects, it has crashed many times and now has even fully crashed my phone. That's where my patience ends. I've lost so much work over the months, because the app would just crash during the saving process.
Used to be my number one photo editor. Now it's awful. Everything is behind a pay wall, including SAVING your picture. Also, all they care about is AI now. Absolute slop. -100/10

paid for app 2 years. used 2 weeks ago perfect then last week I get watermarks. no one responded to my email responding to theirs.
Why are all these apps the same? Asking for a subscription as soon as you download it. I don't want 3 trial days. You should ask people after their first video if they want to go premium and have a free limited one all the time. I'd purchase right away if it were like that. But that whole pushing a subscription on me right away... Annoying.

I was excited about it but when I used it for editing videos, it won't work. when I upload my video, in specific templates, at that time the app stops working and automatically closes and takes me back to home screen.
