Whenever the app is updated, the license has to be restored. Unfortunately, the developers refuse to put in a way to resync it with Google play like other apps do (a simple restore button would do the trick.) This means that perpetual licenses and subscriptions are not honored after update. They also will not answer support emails. Update: they finally have a restore button; it doesn't work. Now, even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't reactivate the license. Dishonest. Buy at your own risk.

getting billed for both a monthly and annual membership. no customer support
I have the same issue with another user here. I already reached out Google play services and they did not help me at all with my refund request. The purchase was by accident and the app did not notify me a day before hand that the free trial would end by the next day. This is disappointing marketing, stealing from your users.
I subscribe by accident I need my money back I'm a student I need the money for my tuition you don't understand I already refund it but you do nothing it's almost 1k I need it.
