Be AWARE when buying, this company has told me they do not do refunds. (?) They do not check their procedures to see if the company the voucher is for will even validate that voucher when you purchase it! No warning given about this when I purchased the voucher at all! The customer service is poor at best and this is the human version. I don't know how else to word it, waste of time, effort and it's looking like I won't get my money back either! Edit- contacted @help and no help given.

Should not be this hard to redeem a gift card by setting up a account. Email should be another verification method. I canceled my giftcard.

Online purchase errors due to security with their "payment processor". Customer support is the worst. I wasted an hour trying to place an order and then spoke with 3 different agents who provided the same generic response with no help.
pitiful
Very first gift card i wanted to use could not be redeemed the way the app instructed, so i don't know whether it applied the gift card, or if the money came from my bank account instead. Edit: 2026, almost 7 years later, back again with the same problem. Maybe in another 7 years I'll have learnt my lesson.

this app is so confusing and trash. I received an Auszralia egift and its not allowing me to do anything accept log in over and over again.
customer service is appalling!! generic condescending replies that do not address the issues! ,(refer to their ratings and comments on Google ... long standing " who the heck cares " mind set!)
I could never log in, despite changing my password many times, it let me in. I got my Prezzee two years ago, I finally got the okay to go and spend it at Farmers, when I got up to the counter my card said I needed to update and couldnt be used. I felt like throwing my phone at the wall. I tried to get into Prezzee today, same old same old, couldn't log in, in spite of changing my password several times, the chat person told me to go to Farmers, what a cop out. I think this is deliberate.
Got a refund as I bought the card believing instant access, not having create an account and give away my phone number. Maybe you want to work on why you have a 2.6 rating, as it indicates your site is a con.

Prezzee: Zero Compassion for Cancer Patients $445 gift card expired unused during my wife's cancer treatment. We're pensioners-huge loss for us. Politely explained our hardship, but Prezzee flatly refused ANY compromise, citing "time zone" rules. Callous indifference to real suffering. This isn’t just poor service-it’s callous indifference to customers facing genuine hardship. No recourse feels predatory, especially from a company profiting on unused balances. Avoid this predatory company.

I bought a Prezzee gift online and it doesn't work, basically there a scam don't buy Prezzee ever stay clear.

two times I've been ripped off by this site 2x50 pound gift cards , customer service pointless ,complaining useless , altogether have lost 100 pounds
Absolutely useless the app will not remember your password or who you are creating inconvenience at check out.Would not recommend using this service ever.
poor....points re never visible doesn't work well for Irish customers ironically we are rewarded for using Irish electricity wisely.... but Irish site has been under construction the entire time so vouchers are useless and customer service is useless ....disgraceful that esb couldn't find a Irish supplier to offer the reward system .

NZ: Woolworths is listed, but can't be swapped prezzee egift master card. Also Prezzee egift card is unusable by itself. Tried adding it to wallet at a store where they support this egift card, but it didn't work. The egift card seem to have no barcode or any information when you open in app or print from email. Suggestions: seperate the nz/aus version of the app.
terrible cant even access the account & the gift card. the emails are a bunch of rubbish not even helpful telling me to do all the common sense things you do anyway 🙄

does not report card balance, surely a base line requirement. I'm baffled by your response. no retailer is involved. it's a mastercard issued by Prezzee...

Tried to buy a gift card through PayPal, the money came out of my account however when it went back into the app it said something went wrong try again. So I did. Same thing, 2 payments came out of my account and I did not receive either gift card. Just buy a giftcard from the store.
they make you make an account instead of just sending you the card information. they bombarde you with offers and make the entire process so much more difficult. I used to just buy the card and get the email but now I have to log in verify say no to the ads before just getting my card. what happened to simple not a million options for one thing.
I've found this website very frustrating and equally hard to use it takes multiple times what a waist now I can't find Mt gift card after following air instructions not the first time either stores should stop using your app
used to work now myself and many others cannot log in with the sudden needed sms verification code... the one that never comes... no matter device, account, new account, etc. fix please?
terrible do not buy gift cards
An absolute nightmare this app I could not open the 🎁🎁 one after another every single time I opened the 🎁 afterpay would send another new pin no in which I had no idea that existed. Now I'm unable to sign in to still get hold of my money for medication n my groceries now I'm broke Christmas was real... They write back via email to tell me to use the first email sent haha there were at least 20 pressi new codes I deleted them as my email was quiet full so he says open the 1st email
Don't buy a Just Eat gift card. It's too complicated. I lost £50.
Don't deserve any stars as your app has major issues. Especially when you need to check balance. - 5 stars
this is the worst scam or whatever you want to call it. I just know I will never do this again! afterpay needs a new third party or this is scam on both of them!
