so much bait and switch.
impossible to create account or login with any standard options.
i used Priceline they charged me twice for the 2 different dates for the same hotel stay using the deal Express. it was supposed to be 2 guests once room n they didn't honor the mistake blamed it on me even though I called them as the charger hit my bank, told me it was the hotel issue hotel said it was Priceline issue due to lack of funds following this issue I had to stay in my car. and they told me twice it would be taken care of. it never was.

Absolute scammer company. They sent me the wrong hotel lock box code and sent the wrong contact information to the hotel. Customer service does not fix any issue and just stalls hoping that I would give up. Finally started a credit card chargeback. Never using this app again.
used Priceline for years. had an issue where I needed to reset my password and that failed. so then I tried to contact somebody I can't talk to a real person unless I have a trip number or a phone number associated with a booking. of which I do not have because I can't book a trip unless I'm logged into my account I can't log into my account until I reset my password I can't reset my password until I talk to someone I can't talk to someone until I book a trip. so please help make that make sens
y'all drop the ball and lied
Priceline has. become a scam. I only gave it 1 star to leave this review. My card is constantly being double charged for rooms. Now my reservations are being cancelled and I get the run around on the phone, if I get through to a real person.
worst customer service. do not hold to their promises and misleading. although the conversation was recorded, still they do not honor what was said.
I had to uninstall the app to even book a hotel room.
always hidden fees, rite after submitting payment
Priceline has too many excuses for not being able to provide better pricing. '...we don't have control over the price....', is getting old! I suggest shop around and seek other vendors.
Not cheaper. Actually more expensive because I have to pay a price line fee above the airline fee to book an unrefundable seat
