I don't understand how a company with so much money can make an app that is so bad. half of the time the app does not work and when it does work the movie or show you wants to want to watch doesn't work. it has been buggy for so long you would think that they would release some kind of update to fix the problem but no they're too busy spending money on rocket ships and AI. this applies to Amazon and to Google. please fix your damn app.

Google and apps are awful. this Google TV is the biggest piece of garbage. the apps crash on The Daily. you have to keep deleting the apps and then reloading them on. I bought two of these Google TVs at the same timethey both are garbage.
Not playing videos on Google TV streamer
freeze between movie
Many films are faded and dark at barely unwatchable level. Like they are obsessed with custom faded HDR or some sht and forced spoon-feeding ppl with this trash. Not everyone enjoys HDR. Content ain't that good, but sometimes there's good and old rare films here.
App remains on the pending status.
no point
The app interface is just awful. The content is not that good. Except for shows like Invincible or The Boys, and a few racing documentaries it's not worth it. I got it in a bundle with my cable / internet company otherwise I would not spend a dime on this service.
Dolby Atmos not working

this app needs an extreme makeover.While Amazon prime has good content,navigating is a nightmare.very difficult to browse, extremely user unfriendly.Needs urgent redesign.

used to be wonderful but ruined by too much advertising and suggestions to watch shows on streaming services I don't subscribe to. wish homescreen only suggested services I subscribe to instead of all the clutter of relentless advertising that I have no interest in. Amazon prime went from best of class to more annoying than free ad supported services.

worst app on my Google TV streamer. can't watch anything on it without uninstalling and reinstalling. episodes refused to play with an error that I should reach out to Amazon support. maybe you should support your app.

If you want an app that crashes and freezes MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY, Amazon has it. Combined with Google TV, you've got the WORST imaginable experience EVER.
