poor customer service and anti consumer practices
There's something wrong with the audio that is only corrected by deletion of the app's data. Where soon after the womping of the sound returns.

trying to use search randomlly took me instead to purchase a movie carefully clicking on cancel caused it to purchase the movie the audio also bypassed system settings and blasted advertisements at the full volume of my sound system
such a big hype for this launch and you must search for hours for support just to log on . They send an OTP and once you enter it it asks for a name then it blocked it

I really wish you all could do something about the poor audio quality. I want to go with a premium package, but why do that when I can't even hear simple dialogue due to the volume going up an down. Ok I see that you all don't like low ratings and now you are going to use the buffering trick. Pretty low guys.
The worst streaming apps coming from the heavy hitters (Netflix, HBO, Disney, Amazon) It takes more than 30 sec to actually launch (avg for others is below 15 sec), I think it does not clean it's cache properly, so unless you make a hard restart after watching one thing or have unlimited storage the video will be choppy. Yesterday because of how Prime crashed I got a warning that I need to uninstall apps due to lack of space. I have 1,2 gb free storage. It's baaad

Many films are faded and dark at barely watchable to unwatchable level. Like they are obsessed with custom faded HDR or some sht and forced spoon-feeding ppl with this trash. Not everyone enjoys HDR. Also, disable HDR won't solve this, like it has been embedded with superglue into the playback's soul. Content ain't that good, but sometimes there's good and old rare films here.
