The user agreement says this is CCP spyware, and EULA gate forces you to accept that. Using this app may make you an agent of the PRC.

Current version crashes while trying to connect to P1 Prime. Fallback to v1.8.0 fixes the problem.

New update is horrible. I just updated the app on my andrpid, my Mooer P1 won't connect to the phone. Keeps saying that the app version is too old to start. Which doesn't make any sense especially that the app was working fine, until the latest update. Please fix this, because this is very inconvenient
Initially works, but now have bugs and cannot work properly. Please update!!
Bug needs fix. My phone tells me the app has a bug that the developer has to fix. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted device. Whenever I select "find device" it crashes immediately and displays the message about there being a bug. I remember when this used to work. It was great. You should probably test updates on Android/Samsung phones before you push them out.
Infuriatingly bad execution of an otherwise great idea. This app could be so much more but it is just a very bland to poor experience overall. Now the app and the box don't even connect making it useless. No forums, no support, no updates, just a useless brick.
Buy a $200 P2 prime, spend days setting it up the way you like. But then the app force closes over and over and over. Zero product support. You now have a $200 paperweight.
Don't use it
Useless cannot access cloud as when you register for an account it asks you for a validation code. Which you don't have because you haven't registered yet.
Requires an update to edit settings, drum machine, looper, ect, so this app no longer works. I've got gigs coming up, and now my device is just a paper weight!

Update broken, can't connect to my Prime P2. Mooer, please do some QA before pushing updates. Roll back to ver. 1.5.0 APK on the Mooer website to get it working again.
Update: Now it's Feb 10th 2 months later, and the app still doesn't work on my Samsung Fold phone that can handle anything. I've heard Moore has terrible updates and no costumer service, well, I guess this is all true. Last product I'll buy from them !!!!! Was working until the P2 came out, now there's no way to connect. Useless now !!! Please fix !!! Update ! Just uninstalled then reinstalled APP and that didn't work. Please fix, otherwise it's completely useless !!! :-/
The device couldn't be better itself but the application is so horrible that opaque all the good thing of the device, don't recommend at all buy until MOOER make a decedent work about it...

P1 sounded good for approximately 15 minutes. Then asked for firmware update. At the 90% mark the update stopped downloading and now will no longer connect.
the app is epic the pedal is epic but moral question am i now a ai artist if i use the pedal with the new "ai" feature. am i now no longer a real musician have i become a freaking ai slop loser for owning the pedal. this i highly conflicting and i dont know how to feel about it the ai aint bad it streamlined the process but i dont know if i should support it

Not working on Samsung flip 5 or Samsung Galaxy S9 fe since 1.9.1 update. Using for a Prime P2. Worked great prior. Getting verer version of app from Mooer website. Please fix this. The effects unit is amazing, but really need the app for ease of use.
Great sounding hi gain amp sim with some nice amp/cab models and fx but app seems very "beta" version. Win11 and Android OTG features are clunky IF they work. Unable to back up my patches. Cloud needs major re-org with better search/sorting. Output has a high pitched whine noise. Tech support is non existent. Looking forward to an update - no update since Fall 2023- no news. Awful. Awful. ***Do not buy until software is fixed!!***
There is simply no reason for this app to require your precise location.
Summary: No documentation, won't install on tablet, no Bluetooth audio from phone. This app for reasons I cannot fathom will not operate correctly without location. On a tablet WITH location it STILL won't work. On my phone, the app works, mostly, but I cannot get Bluetooth audio from my phone to work so playing along with streaming audio does not work. Also, almost all of the app is completely undocumented. You get to decipher icons, hoping you can figure out what they are.
Can't update firmware. App pairs with device fine, then prompts for firmware update. Progress stays at 0% for maybe 60 seconds before kicking back to main screen. Device reboots. App pompts for same firmware update. No error message is displayed to give a hint what the problem is. Poor user experience quality control. Also, the cloud feature is interesting but basically useless for finding anything. User uploads should be tagged by song, artist, gene, guitarist, and other useful search terms.
