why do I have to pay when I tried to print ?
i cant work with this i purchased printer now i have to pay for its app

I wish I just purchased a regular label maker. It wont let me print the label I made without paying more money to use the minimal features like font style and centering. When I log out it to start over it puts me back in the same place so I cant start fresh as I dont know what advance features I chose accidentally. it's slow and confusing to use.

It doesn't make the text centered
app sucks I'm trying to print my soap labels ingredients and the front is so big I tried to put a small I tried to use different font most of the front you have to pay this app sucks and I have to return my printer because these app sucks and I am not going to pay $29 a year to find out that still sucks
This App does not connect to my P12 printer, not automatically and neither if I select the printer manually. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. it doesn't connect on both devices, not any of my other Android devices. My P12 connects perfectly to the App Marklife. my devices have the latest Android 16 & are up to date. Do you have any suggestions, because I really like the print master app ? Thank U.
They made it so you can't print a simple label without a subscription. This makes the label printer from the company completely useless.

I have been using this app for years and my printer. I loved it until this latest upgrade. lost all my saved templates....it's a label printer. I just want it to print my labels for my business. And a subscription service are you kidding me. do better print master
Requires a subscription to simply print TEXT as that's apparently an "AI feature". what a joke, do not buy this product and if you did, return it!
This is the 3rd time I've lost all of my labels and had to redo them all again. no I didn't sign out. yes I restarted my phone. this is ridiculous at this point. please stop updating without testing. I had over 90 unique labels and they are all gone! oh, and now the templates aren't showing up either. nothing in this app is working on either of my phones. and it won't let me save new prints either. nor connect either printer to even print.
basically has become unusable after the update, it doesn't sign me in and all my custom templates were deleted!
terrible app
It was great and now nothing. I can't use any graphics or change the font. It just sits there and says connection timed out.
App completely stopped working. I can't login after uninstalling the app and my templates weren't loading before. All I get is connection error as a message. I really loved this app and printer since it's what I used for my bread paxkaging labels
I have no idea what you’ve done with the latest update, but all my templates have disappeared! I’m absolutely fuming. Very disappointed. I don’t want all these AI labels - I just want my old labels back.
the last updates makes the app horrible, I don't have a history now, what a stupid idea
App worked brilliantly until today. It now freezes on start up. so I closed it and when I restart it the app takes ages to reload and a few minutes if you select something. Most annoyingly is not so much it freezing but all the labels I made and saved are all gone even though I'm logged into my account. What an absolute joke. I want to see if I can return it to the seller, it's rubbish

Why while using need use play store. Why the Print master app not install in my device
You have to pay extra for fonts. I thought I could print labels that would make life easier for my failing eyes. All that is available are thin fonts that are hard to see. Definitely not recommend.
Starting to become hard to use with all the nag screens
This USED to be great. Now it totally blows. Don't even waste your time people. Find a different printer. These people are officially sellouts and scam artists. Sadly dosent surprise me 1 bit.
Not usable if you disagree to share personal data.
Was good until it took away batch printing for the paid version of pro and now I have to pay again for pro plus in order to get it back. Isn't that called racketeering
Disappointed. I've had this label maker for years. Now suddenly it wants to auto feed four labels every time I print one. The app is full of ads. I already bought the product, I don't want to pay for a subscription. Throwing this away and getting a regular label maker. Don't waste your money.
I had given this app 3 stars previously, bumped it to 5 once they added search, now they've added subscriptions and 75% of everything is now unusable unless you subscribe yet everything is mixed together and you can't hide premium content. It's almost impossible to find the free stuff mixed together now. I'll be finding an alternative now, I was going to buy another device but not now, this is another cash grab unfortunately.

It was fine until they got greedy. Now everything that you used to have access to is locked behind a $7 a month pay wall. I'm sorry but have you people actually lost your minds thinking I'm going to pay $7 a month for a LABEL MAKER?! I'll just throw this one away and buy a regular label maker. You have an elastic good, times are tough and we're all broke. Only an idiot would sign up for the premium service for a label maker. Your company should be ashamed of itself.
this app went downhill over the past two years. they think they're all that now so people who have had this app for years apparently have to pay to use things we already had access to.
You can't use this trash app without bring reminded 500 times per second to pay for AI or premium features. I all ready payd for your trashy printer. I won't give you a cent for your underdeveloped software.

the app is great - but after getting a new phone no one can find my account for the $40 I spent on pro version to have all of my saved labels back. after a month of customer service emails and screen shots of the purchase, I'm over it. here's your 1 star for abysmal service.
disclosure was not demand at the time of purchase that there was going to be a yearly subscription. This little item is very nice works great but it is going to find new home in the trash can. and I'm sure a lot of my followers will be very very interested in knowing how misrepresentative you are on your product

This printer is great when it works but now suddenly ALL of my labels are printing sideways & I am wasting labels trying to get it to work right. The app gets worse every time I go to use it
