wasn't able to sign in for a year and then it finally let me a few weeks ago but I've already been locked out. honestly I chose O2 mainly because of the priority due to me going to the cinema quite often but I'm definitely leaving them once my contract is up now.

App doesn't work - fails on login screen
useless, doesn't allow you to log in and just loops on the code to phone number. utterly useless
Totally useless. Clicking the Priority presale link on Ticketmaster just brings you back to the home screen of this app without giving you the option to buy tickets. Why am I paying over the odds for O2 when I can't access your headline benefit?

cannot claim my 02 rewards
NEARLY A WHOLE MONTH HAS PASSED AND NO ADDRESSING OF THE CURRENT ISSUE: App will not display the contents as normal, and is hanging after "Finding tickets rewards just for you..." the message disappears and stays on the blue screen with nothing else shown. CHECK YOUR REVIEWS BY 'MOST RECENT' FOR CHRISTS SAKE!!
can't log in for months.
Utter garbage. Since Virgin took over the service and "rewards" have gotten noticeably worse. I recently 'lost' £10 of vouchers I'd cashed in through the Priority Rewards as they were never delivered and 3 calls to customer support haven't resolved it. Now I can't even save or claim rewards through the app. It just looks as if Virgin are phasing out this particular benefit by stealth considering the similar feedback on this app. Goodbye O2, I'll be moving to another provider.

O2 texts me to say I have money rewarded to my account, have you accept or save but can't find it anywhere!!
Ever since O2 partnered with Virgin the app and everything has gone downhill. Sign up was confusing too. I just want to claim the money I saved on my top ups and can't see that option in the app anymore?!

Rubbish, has never worked consistently in all the years I've had it. I tried to buy tickets recently, clicked the link, chose the venue then clicked the link to buy tickets only to be put through to a page telling me the benefits of priority and to sign up for the app. Tried again and now just returns me to the page with all the events listed. Get through to Ticketmaster and it's just a countdown with no option to buy tickets, as I said, rubbish!
Can't claim or save rewards as choice is hidden offscreen underneath the menu bar at the base of app.
Offers are generally pretty useless and you constantly have to fill in all of your personal details and subscribe to spam lists to get them anyway. Hardly a perk for being a customer.

I don't want to use this app if I can't claim my O2 rewards money. It says I have money to claim on the app but gives no way to claim it. Even tried to uninstall and reinstall and it still doesn't work.

very poor. constantly fails to login. been trying all day and told there is an issue. removed app and installed again but exactly the same.

because of the merger with the virgin, I can not run 2 versions of 02 priority on 1 phone. The online version doesn't work anymore, and you can not switch between the App like you can with My 02 App

why make an app then make it impossible to log in had to give 2 emails a phone number then link virgin media account and still no good stupid security and unnecessary it's a rewards app not a banking app it is so slow offers expire before you can use them
Used the app to get my weekly offers and it used 900mb of my daily data usage. what are you doing to use that much data?

Win a big prize every Monday... only it's a lie. A discount code of their own products isn't a prize. Clunky app with multiple instances of the same items and it doesn't even fit on the screen.
As others have said you just go round in circles getting codes, entering them, back to the start again. Waste of time.
I used to get really good options on blue Monday but now I get options like 25% off virgin experience for days out which reduces the meaning of the whole offer
New app takes up too much space, have deleted, will be ditching O2 as prices will be increasing soon
