*FALSE ADVERTISING!!* NEWS FLASH : if you have to login to simply acces pictures IT IS NOT PRIVACY FOCUSED! remember you could take a picture and just make the Camara polygraph it? Or even digital cameras DO NOT NEED INTERNET FOR A STUPID PHOTO FALSE ADVERTISING!!

To be honest, I liked this app at first but now I just suddenly get charged with a subscription that cost 2$ which is pretty expensive in my country and I am a minor and j don't have a job to pay for it, I thought there was a physical button of a Back button or X button that you can cancel it and get your photos back. Most of my photos I stored were important for the evidence of my Abusive father, This app had probably a glitch and it automatically starts a Premium trial the moment u created acc

Paid for the 1 year premium and now it will not allow me to get into my app. Keeps saying contact support but there's no place to contact them. what a waste
this app is horrible, i can't believe that i lost all of my private memories because of this dirty,terrible and unwell programmed app just for I'm not in the premium experience no one installs it.
i apply all photos videos 2 year after asking money only first, now can't open app folder photos can't recover 😤

Too expensive. I hate programs that don't tell you upfront how much they cost before you download them. Google Play should require companies to say how much it costs to get the full featured program, and how worthwhile -or worthless- it is without paying extra for the premium version.
after deleting one time. then I install back, I couldn't see my old photos and videos. only half material is remains. this is the worst thing about this application
can't download or play saved files always says check your internet connection.
Keepsafe lost 100% of my shared data. All of the data has been erased, and customer service has no idea where it went. Still no response as of 10/17/25. Their update wiped everything out, and they have no fix for it. All highly sensitive information. They have no security standards or procedures here. Edit 4/19/26: The data has been permanently lost. Diego has given a full refund of lifetime premium and added 1000 days of premium use to my account.
