how recovery photos
this is the worst app ever I trusted it by putting all my vidoes and photos onto this to waking up one morning and none of my vidoes playing because apparently my account has been deleted due to no payment. i have never upgraded and bought premium or paid for this app it was always free. so I thought if I paid all my vidoes would come back. I paid £32 and none of them came back I lost all of them. do not recommend at all.

its not free its only for sertin time a month or few months then you can't get to your photos you have sing in for monthly or yearly we should get our photos out if we don't want to continue using this app this discusting. its our photos .
it went to pay only and I had to agree to a week free trial just to retrieve existing photos. I got billed even though I do not have it installed. what a scam ! There was no 'basic' option. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !

so the app works as intended, but I've heard multiple reviewers say it doesn't actually save anything so if the app is deleted, everything will be gone. My issue is I forgot I had the app and the only passcode I use isn't working. there's no option to reset it either.
I have been using this app for years. literally over a decade. it has always been good. But there are a few really glaring issues to me now. One, why can't I copy files from one folder to another instead of just moving? we had this feature briefly not too long ago and now it's gone. so if you want multiple copies you have to export and then re-import. But the biggest issue for me, and it never used to do this, it constantly shuffles your files when you move them. Transfer files in order!
I got a new phone and can't transfer my photos and videos from my old phone to my new one.
I have been using this apps since covid and i have good experience with this app but the app got suddenly deleted from my phone and i couldn't restore anything can u please help me recover all the photos as it was deleted by its own and i have more then 2k plus photos so please help me regarding this matter.
good but.. I tried 8 times but the prompt didn't come Now I can't unlock the lock. Please give me a solution to fix it.. private photo vault- pic safe I'm really sad please give me a solution soon
